Maximum occupancy = 10 guests, including daytime visitors. Exceeding this limit will result in a $200 fine per guest and may lead to cancellation without refund. This rule helps us maintain safety, comply with local guidelines, and protect the home.

Pet Policy: Guests may bring up to 2 dogs <50lbs with prior approval. A pet fee of $100 per dog applies. If more than 2 dogs are brought without authorization, an additional $300 fee per extra pet will be charged and may result in cancellation without refund. This helps us ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
