From the moment you arrive, the circle driveway provides convenience and ample parking for large groups, making it easy to bring along boats or trailers. Step inside to find a thoughtfully designed open floor plan featuring modern furnishings, high ceilings, and an inviting ambiance.

The living room offers plenty of seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and stunning views of the wooded surroundings. The dining area and fully stocked kitchen provide everything you need for preparing and sharing meals, with all the cookware and dinnerware essentials provided.

The separate detached gameroom/bunk room is a paradise for entertainment, keeping the main cabin serene and quiet. Equipped with a TV, Xbox S, pool table, ping pong table, and putt-putt golf, it’s perfect for hours of fun and bonding with family and friends.

Step outside to the expansive patio and backyard, where you can soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy the outdoor gas fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

⭐️ BATHROOMS & BEDROOMS ⭐️
Skip A Rock features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Four of the bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with single vanity sinks and showers, while the game room/bunk room includes its own bathroom.

⭐️ HOUSE RULES ⭐️
-No parties permitted, per Airbnb regulations.
-No pets. No exceptions.
-No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the cabin.
-No fireworks permitted.
-Maximum occupancy: 16 adults and children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or immediate rental termination with no refund.
-Must be 24 to rent, and person booking must be present during the entire stay.
-You will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will require you to upload your license.
-A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge. This deposit will be collected via a platform-approved third-party software.
** Any violation of the above will result in additional fee and/or immediate rental termination with no refund.**

-No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad.
-Plenty of parking, including trailer parking, is available.
-For guest safety, 2 exterior cameras are installed, one at each exterior door (1 in the front, 1 in the side yard).
-Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service or any services provided by the county. No refund for outages or less than optimal speed or content.
-A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, K-cup pods, firewood and salt/pepper is provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer/dryer is provided. Host provides towels and linens.
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
-Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
-Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
-This cabin is located in the forest and it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open might invite some of them in, despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest control company to minimize encounters, but please note that refunds won't be provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters.
-Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.
