✓ One king suite includes a twin daybed with trundle, two include a fold-out futon, and another has a fold-out chair for additional sleeping flexibility.

✓ Streaming is available on the Smart TVs—just log in with your own streaming accounts during your stay.

✓ Don't forget your marshmallows! The fire pit is a favorite gathering spot for evenings under the stars.

✓ The cabin is tucked in the woods, so you may see wildlife like deer and occasional insects—pretty normal for the area, especially during warmer months.

✓ We recommend using Google Maps instead of Apple Maps, as Apple Maps can be unreliable in this area of Broken Bow. We’ll also send clear arrival directions.

✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.

✓ Age requirement: The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.

✓ Indoor Fireplace: Available for use from October 1 – March 31.

✓ Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is professionally cleaned between stays.
