Downstairs, you’ll find the Left King Ensuite Bedroom with king bed dressed with lush linens and flanked by bedside tables with drawers and sconce lights for reading. Delight in special touches, like the bench at the end of the bed, ceiling fan, and unique plank headboard. Wind down to sleep watching the 55" Roku Smart TV. Store your belongings in the closet and luggage rack. You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, standalone soaking tub, and all bathroom essentials. Easily access the laundry and patio-door areas from this room.

The Right King Ensuite Bedroom is also downstairs and offers a king bed and linens you’ll want to snuggle into. Bedside tables flank the bed, with sconce lights overhead. The cushioned bench at the end of the bed is handy for dressing, and a closet and luggage rack provide storage. Lull yourself to sleep watching the 55" Roku Smart TV. You’ll have a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, standalone soaking tub, and all bathroom essentials in Right King Ensuite Bedroom’s ensuite bathroom.

Kids and kids at heart will love the Bunkroom Loft with three twin bunk beds for a total of 6 twin beds. Bunkroom Loft occupants will enjoy watching their own programming on the 65"; Roku Smart TV, either from bed or from the plush, comfy double recliner. They’ll also have a blast playing foosball, shuffleboard, and multiple games on the Infinity game table. Chairs and ottomans assist in game play. The loft’s adjoining bathroom provides a tub/shower combo and all bathroom essentials.

Once you’re settled in, head back to the living room and relax on the comfy sofa with chaise section, along with two cozy armchairs with ottomans. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, including the kitchen island, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

- For guest safety, three security cameras are installed, one at each exterior door.
- No parties are permitted per platform regulations.

- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the cabin.
- No fireworks permitted.
- Maximum occupancy: 10 adults and children. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
-Must be 25 to rent, and person booking must be present at the property during the entire stay.
-You will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will require you to upload your license.
-Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service or any services provided by the county. No refund for outages or less than optimal speed or content.
-A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, K-cup pods, firewood and salt/pepper is provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer/dryer is provided. Host provides towels and linens.
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
-Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
-Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
-This cabin is located in the forest and it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open might invite some of them in, despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest control company to minimize encounters, but please note that refunds won't be provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters.
-A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold, not a charge. This deposit will be collected via a platform approved third-party software.
-Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.
