Catcha Fallin Star is the perfect getaway for two couples with double master suites and ensuite bathrooms with huge walk-in showers and soaking tubs next to the fireplace. Rustic charm meets modern elegance in this 2600 sq foot cabin. A screened in deck with hot tub, tv, fireplace, and lounge seating is the perfect indoor/outdoor area to relax with friends in a romantic setting. No fighting over who gets the master bedroom. Both bedrooms are master suites uniquely and customed designed with king beds, ensuite bathrooms, fireplaces, tubs, showers and dual vanities.

ACCESS: Check in is at 3pm and checkout is at 11am. Since we already offer a later checkout and earlier checkin than most cabins, we are not able to accommodate any further time when requested. We have to give our cleaning team enough time to clean the cabin. The cabin features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

RULES
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub & fire features.

DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.

GAS FIREPLACE(S): These are turned off from Mid-May to Mid-September in the warmer months.

PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.

NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area, except under gross negligence or willful misconduct.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
