Stocked for arrival Full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; dish and laundry soap; coffee supplies; s'mores supplies. Starter quantities are ample for 1-2 nights; for longer stays, plan a quick store run.



Good for grandparents Both king master suites, each with a private bath and walk-in shower, are on the main floor with the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Kids' spaces are upstairs, so everyone sleeps and wakes on their own schedule.



Booking details

• Primary guest must be 25+ and stay for the whole trip. Max 17 guests.

• After booking, you'll sign a short rental agreement and add a card for a $500 refundable hold within 48 hours. Nothing is charged unless there's damage; the hold is placed the day before arrival and released 3 days after checkout.

• No pets, smoking, vaping, or fireworks. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

• Two exterior cameras cover the driveway and back entrance only. No cameras inside.



Seasonal notes

• Pool heat available for $75/night (request 48 hours ahead; applies to the full stay; target 84°F).

• Gas fireplaces operate Oct–Apr.

• The pool is serviced twice a week; a skimmer net is on hand between visits.

• Fast Wi-Fi; Broken Bow is rural, so brief outages can happen.
