I would give this home & host 10 stars if I could. The home was beautifully appointed & had everything we needed. Maryann was the most responsive host we’ve ever had, and we travel a lot. The creekside sauna was a nice touch & I enjoyed it immensely. 10/10 recommend & we would definitely stay here again.

5/5 – Our Favorite Cabin Yet!The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. We loved the amazing coffee bar and the fully stocked kitchen—it had everything we needed to cook for our large family. While there’s no traditional grill, the huge Blackstone griddle was perfect and cooked our steaks to perfection. The teens absolutely loved the bunk room, and the view from the deck was breathtaking. After 12 years of staying in different cabins, this one is by far our favorite!

Nice Friendsgiving

We have come to Brokenbow for 7 years and love getting new cabins everytime. This one was amazing with the views and outside living spaces. We cooked and enjoyed the time at the cabin and getting close to nature.

Beautiful Home and Great Amenities

We really loved staying at Wildwoods cabin. Maryann was great at communicating with me the entire stay and was quick to help out with the hiccup of checking in when the door code she provided wasn't working. There was plenty of amenities for our week long stay at the cabin and it was also really close to Beavers Bend park when we wanted to venture out. My family and I enjoyed our time there and were able to relax. The only negative thing we could say about the cabin was the lack of cleanliness inside. There were a lot of cobwebs in all the corners of the home especially on the stairwell. That wasn't really a deal breaker for us since we understand bugs come with being out in the woods. The thing that stood out most to us was that there was that there was pet hair and dust covering the fireplace mantel and some of the furniture, both the couches had crumbs/debris all over the seat cushions so when we sat on them you could feel crumbs all over, and lastly the patio furniture cushions did not look very inviting to sit on because of how dirty and stained they were. All of that to say, we would definitely stay here again but would maybe suggest to get a more thorough cleaning service/company.

The property is even larger and nicer than advertised. The location is fantastic because there are no homes behind the property so you truly feel secluded as Hochatown continues to get more crowded. Awesome property and well kept!!!

Beautiful gathering place

This is my favorite rental I’ve stayed in. The wet room was luxurious, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all large and stocked. I am even buying the shampoo for home, because it smelled so good. The porch was our favorite space to spend evenings. The outside chairs are comfy. The view from high in the trees is gorgeous. I didn’t know the kids would be so entertained by the creek and woods, but it was so fun. We enjoyed the fire pit and welcome package. There was plenty of wood and the kitchen was well stocked too. The only downside is that it’s really difficult to get in the driveway with a boat because of the angle of the driveway. It may be possible but we weren’t able to. Without the trailer, parking would’ve been fine. It certainly didn’t ruin our time, just something to note!

Great property

What a great property! The only thing I would have to let people know is this is not a boat friendly location.. we pulled in with a boat and then had to back out a half mile to turn around and then back it all the way back down the road and into driveway. Otherwise we loved everything about it and would recommend to anyone who doesn’t bring a boat or anything they need to trailer in.

Wildwoods is THE place

From the moment we opened the door and walked in to Wildwoods and saw the view of the woods from all of the amazing windows, we knew this home would make for one awesome vacation! Our son had a great time looking at the plethora of goodies in the giant Wildwoods goodie bag (Thank you Maryann!). The place is so well appointed. For example, the coffee station has every method of coffee maker I’ve ever seen including beans you can grind fresh to use in the French Press or several other styles of coffee makers all the way to Kcups for the Keurig for making a mug or whole pot. There’s even a proper kettle for the tea drinking set. You can relax inside with a gorgeous outdoors-in feeling from all of the wonderful windows or live out one the large porch set up for lounging and dining. Or venture down to the second outdoor living space set off of the beautiful little creek. The bridge to the play area and the woodland setting were whimsical and fun. Once you get unpacked and get your provisions settled, you almost don’t even want to leave the cabin to explore fun Hochatown and the gorgeous lake. We would love to come and stay again in the late fall or winter to enjoy it all over again with a different feel.

Perfect Getaway

Three couples and a 2 and a half year old had the best weekend!! The place was incredible! Waaaay exceeded our expectations! The pictures online do not do it justice!! Henry loved the playground and the creek! On the way home he kept saying he wanted to go back to the cabin! We’re going to have to book it again!! Very clean and spacious!

Fantastic place!

The place is just as described in the VRBO description, in perfect condition and it is a beautiful cabin/house. Our family loved it, the kids were thrilled by their room, bunk beds and overall the house, including the fire place and the kids playground passed the nice little bridge. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable. The patio with the fire place, dinning table and the spa is very well designed. And the communication with the property manager was very easy, fast and very cordial. A place I would highly recommend!!

Perfect Weekend

Hochatown is one of our family’s favorite places to escape to. We have stayed in many cabins through the years. Wildwood was a wonderfully curated yet very comfortable place for our family to gather. Maryann has truly fashioned a lovely place to gather with loved ones. The deck is expansive with great views. There is more than adequate seating for a large group. The kitchen is extremely well appointed. There are a variety of spices for cooking pretty much anything you’d like. The coffee and tea bar were very well stocked with every type of drink you might want to enjoy and was a perfect start to the day. The showers were a perfect way to relax. We had no issues during our stay, but I’m confident that as communicative and easy to reach as Maryann was, that we would have had no problems getting anything resolved.

This place is AWESOME!

This was our 5th time to Broken Bow and this cabin was our favorite! The kids (ages 5-12) LOVED the property. Plenty of room to run around and explore. Amenities were top notch and Maryann was a breeze to work with. I'd say there's a great chance we come back to visit.
