Each bedroom shares its own specialty. The king master en-suite boasts a spacious bathroom with ample space for a pack-n-play, extra fee or bring your own, in the main bedroom for a full family experience! Down the hall, by the second downstairs bathroom you will find a king bedroom next to the game room with TWO triple bunks and fold down, full murphy beds. Up the stairs next to the pool table overlooking the main living room, you'll find another room with a king bed with two twin beds. Each sleeping space is equipped with cozy linens ready to host you and your guests!

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
