Enjoy slow mornings on the upstairs deck, afternoons exploring the area, and evenings soaking in the hot tub or gathering around the fire pit. With a king bedroom, a pool table, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, The Loft makes it easy to relax and reconnect.

THE SPACE



The Loft’s main living area is upstairs, where views of the surrounding woods create a peaceful backdrop for your stay. The open kitchen and living room keep everyone connected, whether you’re preparing dinner, watching a movie, or unwinding after a day of adventure.



Step onto the second-level deck from the living room or king bedroom to enjoy the fresh air and towering pines. It’s a lovely spot for morning coffee or a quiet break between outings.



KITCHEN & DINING



The fully equipped kitchen has the essentials for preparing meals for two to four guests. Cook breakfast before heading out, enjoy a relaxed dinner together, or pull up a seat at the cozy bar top.



A Keurig and traditional coffee maker give you options for your morning brew. For outdoor meals, fire up the propane grill and gather around the dining table on the back porch. Propane is provided.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



The Loft accommodates a maximum of four guests with one bedroom and an additional sleeping area in the downstairs game room.



Upstairs King Bedroom

Rest in a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens. The bedroom also includes a TV, a large walk-in closet, and access to the second-level deck.



Downstairs Sleeper Sofa

The game room’s pull-out sofa provides sleeping space for two additional guests, with convenient access to a full bathroom and the outdoor patio.



Please consider this layout when booking: the downstairs sleeper sofa is in the game room rather than a separate bedroom. The glass roll-up garage doors do not have curtains, so this sleeping area has natural light and limited window privacy.



GAME ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT



The downstairs game room brings extra fun to your Broken Bow cabin getaway. Challenge each other to a game of pool, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or open the glass roll-up garage doors for fresh air and an indoor-outdoor feel.



Smart TVs and cable offer entertainment throughout your stay, whether you’re enjoying a quiet night together or winding down with the family.



HOT TUB & OUTDOOR LIVING



Spend time outside in the inviting back porch living area, featuring a large hot tub, propane grill, and outdoor dining table.



Enjoy dinner outdoors, settle in for a relaxing soak, or head to the backyard fire pit for conversation and s’mores beneath the pines. Bring your own firewood or arrange firewood delivery through your host.



From morning coffee on the upstairs deck to evenings around the fire, The Loft offers plenty of ways to enjoy its wooded setting.



LOCATION



Situated at the end of a quiet road with minimal traffic, The Loft offers a peaceful home base for your Broken Bow vacation.



The cabin is approximately five minutes from the main road, giving you convenient access to lake outings, local restaurants, shopping, and area attractions. Spend the day exploring, then return to your cabin for a soak, a game of pool, and a comfortable evening together.



Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend, a couples retreat, or a getaway with your small family, The Loft offers a cozy place to make memories in Broken Bow.



IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW



Maximum Occupancy

The maximum occupancy is four guests.



Two-Story Layout

The king bedroom, kitchen, and main living room are upstairs. The game room, sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom are downstairs. Guests will need to use stairs to access the main living spaces.



Downstairs Privacy

The downstairs game room has glass roll-up garage doors without curtains. Please keep the natural light and limited window privacy in mind if you plan to use the sleeper sofa.



No-Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted. Bringing an unauthorized pet may result in your stay being ended without a refund.



Exterior Security Cameras

Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back doors. There are no cameras inside the cabin.



Special Request/Concierge Services: Do you have a special request to help knock your stay out of the park? Just ask, we have many packages available!

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!

Other things to note:

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.

- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)

- ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home.

- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Guests can request early check-in and late check-out. Fees are subject to be applied.

- Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.



The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
