Welcome to Beach Mews, a dog friendly modern three-story townhouse perfectly positioned for a relaxing Broadstairs coastal stay. Newly built and beautifully decorated throughout, this spacious home sits just a short stroll from the sandy beach and lively town centre an ideal base for families, friends, or groups of up to eight guests (maximum six adults).



Step inside to a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area equipped with everything you need for easy holiday living, including a Nespresso machine for slow morning coffees. The adjoining living space features large bi-fold doors that open directly onto a private patio with outdoor seating a lovely spot for breakfast in the sun or a relaxed drink after the beach. A handy utility room on the ground floor makes rinsing off sandy clothes simple, and there’s also a small WC for convenience.



The first floor includes a cosy twin bedroom, a comfortable double bedroom, and a modern family bathroom. You’ll also find a dedicated TV room with a large screen and sofa bed perfect for movie nights or as an additional sleeping space if requested in advance.



Head up to the second floor to discover the generous king-size master suite, complete with its own contemporary en-suite shower room. A desk area is also provided for quick work tasks before you head out to enjoy the coast.



Two rare private parking spaces sit right outside the front door an invaluable benefit in Broadstairs, where parking can be hard to find. Once parked, you can walk everywhere: the golden beach is just a few minutes away, and Broadstairs’ charming cafés, restaurants, and independent shops are right at the end of the road. There is also a large green space just to the left of the row of houses, super convenient for popping the dog out for a quick morning walk.

Spend your days exploring the Blue Flag sandy beach, browsing local boutiques, or enjoying seaside treats like fish and chips and ice cream from the famous Morelli’s. The owner loves that the beach is only four minutes away and Albion Street’s restaurants are three minutes from the door yet Beach Mews remains peaceful and tucked away.

We’re a small, independent holiday let company based in Ramsgate and Broadstairs, offering a friendly, personal service across a range of properties from 1–5 bedrooms.

Whether you’re visiting for a seaside break, a family holiday, a corporate stay or a longer visit, we have options to suit different needs and budgets. We offer discounts on stays of 4 nights or more.

For larger groups or stays of more than 14 nights, please get in touch directly and we’ll be happy to discuss the best options. Corporate stays start from just £45 per person, per night.

Check-in details:

Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know.

Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available.

This property does not permit parties of any kind and has quiet time after 10pm and before 8am to be mindful of the neighbours.

Checkout:

Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible. We advise to contact us once you have checked in about the availability of a late checkout.
