« État de la chambre laisse à désirer, lit très inconfortable, drain du lavabo bouché. Seul point positif petit coin salon avec divan-lit assez confortable. Accès wifi correct. Petit déjeuner limité, il n’y avait aucun gobelet pour le café. »

« The check in process was super smooth but the room/sheets were dirty, and there were some things in the room that were broken upon arrival like a cracked mirror and bathroom door handle. The front desk man was kind, but i probably wouldn’t stay here again. »

« I was not impressed by the restaurant staff and would not recommend going there. Hit outside spots instead. Hotel was nice and continently located right next to the water taxi that takes you right downtown Norfolk. »

« The worst stay of my life. The first room had blood on the curtains and the second room almost made me vomit. While showering, I bend to wash my feet and there is freaking blue drug baggie on my foot! It had to have been inside of the shower curtain and the water exposed it, not sure but long story short, my husband and I left the hotel close to midnight. I have yet to hear from management regarding this. »

« The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days! »

I ask the front desk for refund and showed him the pictures he turn his back and screamed NO REFUND AVOID ATT ALL COST DANGEROUS HOTEL. Called hotel.com and they offered me a 25$ compension instead of full refund. **Not abble too download the pictures here** »

« Even though I was only stopping through for a short stay, this space was absolutely amazing! Checkin was swift and easy, the 24hr market is super convenient as well. The actual room itself is amazing and extremely well maintained. The mattress was so comfortable! I can’t wait to book again when I come back in a few weeks. »
