This top-floor apartment possesses warm cream decor in its bedrooms, jewel aspect lounge and kitchen with plentiful sunlight distributed throughout the apartment to enjoy throughout the day. Lending itself to two couples, families, or friends, the bed configuration in the second bedroom offers flexibility additionally to the comfy double master bedroom. A few minutes` walk down from here you can access the seasonal ferries including trips across to Torquay and the ‘Round Robin` tour across the bay. Also, the Quay provides excellent fresh fish for home cooking or meals out at the acclaimed Rockfish restaurant.
A short walk takes you to the main Brixham bus stop that can take you to destinations in Torbay and beyond. Along the harbour you can head to the breakwater and its half-mile walk to the lighthouse, or the nearby shingle beach. A week away
This property is a great location for your holiday base. Equipped with all you need. Beds were comfortable with nice fresh bedding.

What a fantsastic location.
Has got to be one of the best views from a holiday rental in Brixham.
Lovely comfortable accommodation with it's own reserved parking spot.
Just a very short 5 mins walk down into the town.
Not for those with mobility issue.Some flights of steps to get up into the apartment,aslo up a little bit of a hill where you have to negotiate steps to get back and forth into the town if you are walking.

Brixham Harbour apartment
The apartment was in an excellent location with easy walking distance to the centre and all amenities. Windows on three sides gave a panoramic view of the harbour and out to sea. The apartment was very comfortable, warm and there was plenty of room. The shower was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. Everything was provided and there were some welcome treats which was a nice surprise. We would happily recommend this apartment and would certainly stay again.
As a note, some of the windows would not close properly and there was a washing machine in the kitchen but as a preference a dishwasher would have been better. None of this impacted on our stay and we had a great time in Brixham.

We were very pleased with our stay, can't fault the accommodation
A great location, we enjoyed watching all the activity of the harbour. It can be noisy at the fish market in the morning but we didn't mind this. An easy walk into town, lots to do, enjoyed spotting seals from the balcony, very comfortable accommodation.

Lovely short break
Four of us here stayed here for a short break, and it was an ideal spot. The location is perfect close to the harbour and all its amenities are within walking distance.
The property benefits from great views across the harbour and beyond, and we spent a lot of time watching everything going on. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has everything anyone would want.
I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Brixham, and look forward to staying again soon.

Comfortable stay, beautiful view
A lovely flat with fantastic views of the harbour. Within easy walking distance of town centre, we visited the fish market (visible below the flat) and loved watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour. Great variety of National Trust houses and gardens in the area, and lots for children to do.

Great location and facilities
Very comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen, basic supply pack, milk and bread also provide - nice touch.
Location is very close to harbour up a small hill by the yacht club. Parking is excellent I have a big car and managed comfortably.
Very clean, great shower and comfortable beds and lounge furniture.

Needs a deep clean, has cobwebs on the windows, windows need a good clean. Window need looking at, as you can't open some of them. We understand that you are 3 floors up. Furniture needs changing and there's to much Furniture in the bedrooms. Living room needs changing round. As you have to sit at a dinning table to be able to see the view and watch what's going on round the harbour.

Just paid for the views.
More attention to detail with cleaning, dirty food at the back of the fridge, the dust on all ledges and widow surfaces was missed, dirty carpet Ln the lounge, rubbish under the sofa, and broken TV cabinet with enough dust to grow seeds. Old King size bed with a cheep mattress topper. Broken curtains in the lounge.

Fair review
The apartment was lovely and the bread, milk and small items were on arrival were very welcomed.
Views and location fantastic.
However the apartment below was very noisy and the constant disruption from the external cleaning team that wanted us to continually move our car, and wanting access to the apartment spoiled our stay. This was my husbands 70 birthday and it was not relaxing at all when they kept asking us when we were going out.
Carrie from my brixham properties was fantastic when I complained about the above and came and sorted it out.

This apartment has exceptional views and is in a prime location. Having your own parking space is a bonus and there is no need to use your car as there is an excellent bus service. The location of this apartment makes it ideal for town, the harbour and walking the coastal path. This apartment has almost everything you need, a better cheese grater and a newer lounge table are the only additions I would make. To find that you have bread, milk and butter when you arrived is a welcomed addition. There is also a good selection of book, dvds and games available if you need them. All in all excellent.

Perfect Location!
So happy we managed to find Dolphin Court for our short break.
The apartment is spacious with fabulous views all around. Very clean with quality fixtures and fittings.
It is in an ideal location to walk down to the Harbour and into town to all the lovely Restaurants and Bars that Brixham has to offer or the other direction to Battery Park and the small coves.
Having a place with onsite parking is such a bonus too.
Will definitely recommend to friends and family and it will be where we will look at returning next time we visit Brixham.

Can't recommend this property highly enough
We've been visiting Brixham for a number of years now and always stay in this apartment because we love it so much. Last year, however, was different - it was being managed by a large corporate company who's cleaners used so many perfumed chemicals that the place absolutely stank. So before booking this year, I called My Brixham Holidays Ltd, spoke to Fiona who thankfully reassured me that the cleaning was being taken care of by a totally different company.
Loved the new walk in shower.
Still so much in love with this place that we hope to keep coming back in the years to come

A room with a view
We have just enjoyed our first stay at Dolphin Court in Brixham. The first thing that you see is the wonderful view from the living room windows, whenever we were inside we watched the boats going out and returning to the harbour, there is always something to see. We also saw numerous seals some from the balcony which overlooks the harbour.
The apartment is clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and lovely bathroom with a fantastic shower. Some furniture is slightly dated but still comfortable and there is everything you could need.
There are 4 flights of 5/6 steps up to the apartment so please bear this in mind when booking. Parking was a real bonus as this is in short supply in Brixham. Expect to hear some noise from the gulls and the harbour: it is a working harbour.
Brixham was only a very short walk away to the harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed some lovely meals in the fish restaurants particularly in Rockfish and Albero's. There are boat trips throughout the week to Torquay and Dartmouth and fishing boats if you want to catch your supper.
We would have no hesitation in booking again and staying in this lovely bright apartment and look forward to visiting again.

Another break at Dolphin Court
We have stopped at number 8 on numerous occasions over the years so that tells you something. As usual the flat was very clean on arrival and the welcome pack is great. Having parking on site is a bonus though will be tricky with a large car. These are not complaints but observations, a few of the windows need replacing especially the one in the master bedroom (you think the window is open) and the electric heater in the bathroom is very noisy with a slight smell so I would suggest replacing or disconnecting.
That said we will be back

Relaxing break
Comfortable and relaxing, well equipped, useful parking. Nice views and easy accessibility to harbour and town. We found the close proximity to the busy fish market very noisy and relentless all night. More effective double glazing would be a bonus.
