« My husband and I had a great time on our extended weekend stay here. The house was clean and well equipped, with lots of useful information in the manual/welcome book. It was nice to be on the river and see and hear the birds. It was also great to be a short drive from different parks and trails. We appreciated Sue’s quick response when we asked her a question the first morning. It was a very nice stay. »

« We had a wonderful long weekend at Joanne's place. She was very responsive and accommodating. The house is lovely and spacious and very homely. The huge deck right on the river makes it perfect for relaxing, swimming and fishing and the hot tub tops it off! Would definitely stay here again and hopefully spot some bears across the river next time. »

« The property was a perfect little getaway! The cottage is beautiful. We loved the huge deck and the views to the water. The cottage had all the amenities you could want and Liz has all your basic needs stocked. The area is secluded and very quiet which is nice if you like your privacy. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina and did a lot of fishing. It was a great stay. Thanks Liz!! »

« We enjoyed our stay very much, the environment was gorgeous views all around. And also use of canoes and board were much appreciated. Only thing to know ahead if you like to hike is that the only way to get on hiking trails is through entering the provincial parks. It’s unsure why that is. Never heard of this. Even a local hiker informed me of trails maps and re that fact. Just a heads up the information centre around French river may be permanently closed so it’s useful to search details of...
