The Space:

Set directly on the peaceful waterways of Banksia Beach, Sunset Cove offers a luxurious feel throughout, with light-filled interiors, generous entertaining spaces and beautiful canal views. The home’s south-west facing position also provides spectacular sunsets over the water, creating a beautiful backdrop for relaxed afternoons and evenings at home.



Designed for families and groups, there are plenty of spaces to come together as well as quiet corners to relax throughout your stay.



At the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and living area, where doors can be opened to create a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoor entertaining spaces. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay and features a large walk-in butler’s pantry.



Step outside and you’ll find one of the home’s standout spaces.



The waterfront entertaining area features a swimming pool and outdoor kitchen, with multiple areas to sit, dine and relax overlooking the canal. Spend your mornings enjoying a coffee by the water, cool off in the pool during the afternoon, or settle in outside as the sun goes down.



The waterfront setting offers plenty of ways to make the most of your Bribie Island escape. Three kayaks, including one adult and two child-sized kayaks, are provided for complimentary guest use, along with a small selection of life jackets. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the property’s extensive fishing facilities, including rod holders on both decks, a live bait tank, bait board and filleting station. A crab pot is also provided and can be used from the pontoon.



Families are particularly well catered for, with a dedicated kids’ playroom featuring books, toys and a TV, as well as a sofa bed accommodating up to two additional guests. Outside, children can enjoy the cubby house, large monkey bars and swing set, with plenty of space for multiple children to play at once.



The large manicured lawn is another standout feature, offering plenty of room for children to run and play, families to enjoy backyard games and dogs to stretch their legs.

For guests wanting to keep active during their stay, there is a fully equipped indoor gym upstairs.



Upstairs, guests will also find an additional entertaining area and a dedicated workspace with a desk, monitor and chair overlooking the water from the upstairs balcony, making the home well suited to guests combining work and leisure.



A selection of thoughtful extras is provided for days spent exploring Bribie Island, including a beach cart, esky, children’s camp chairs and beach boards, all stored in the garage for complimentary guest use.



The home accommodates up to 12 guests, with 10 guests across five bedrooms and an additional two guests accommodated on the sofa bed in the kids’ playroom:

Bathroom 3: A spacious family bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub, with a separate toilet conveniently located next door.



Bedroom 4: A comfortable queen bedroom with calming coastal styling, warm bedside lighting and leafy views.



Bathroom 4: A stylish additional bathroom featuring a shower and toilet for added convenience.



Bedroom 5: A welcoming queen bedroom with contemporary styling, plenty of natural light and a relaxed, comfortable feel.



Kids’ Playroom: A dedicated children’s space with books, toys and a TV, plus a sofa bed accommodating up to two additional guests.



A washing machine and dryer are also provided for guest use.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the home, double garage, driveway, swimming pool, outdoor entertaining areas, waterfront jetty/pontoon, three kayaks, a small selection of life jackets, indoor gym, children’s play areas and complimentary beach equipment throughout their stay.



The property is fully gated, with secure parking available in the double garage and driveway behind electric gates for additional security.



Additional secure off-street parking is available for guests bringing a small boat trailer or Jet Ski trailer, accessible via gated access along the side of the property. Trailers must be no longer than approximately 7–8 metres. Please ensure the gates are securely closed after parking.

The calm waterways surrounding Banksia Beach are perfect for kayaking, fishing and enjoying the laid-back island lifestyle.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Bribie Island and the surrounding region, giving you easy access to local beaches, shops, cafés, restaurants and recreational activities.



The property is fully gated, with secure parking available in the double garage and driveway behind electric gates. Secure off-street parking is also available along the side of the property for a small boat trailer or Jet Ski trailer up to approximately 7–8 metres via additional gated access. Please note that caravan parking is strictly not permitted at the property.



For guests using public transport, the closest bus stop is Sunderland Dr near Eagles Landing, Banksia Beach, approximately a 9 minute walk (574 metres) from the property.



Other Things to Note:

*Dog-friendly upon application for a maximum of 2 dogs. A $50 fee applies per pet and pre-approval is required. Cats are not permitted.



*Three kayaks (one adult and two child-sized) and a small selection of life jackets are provided for complimentary guest use. A crab pot is also available. Guests must follow all applicable safety and local fishing regulations.



*Please leave the sliding door open for ventilation when using the dryer and clean the lint filter after each use.



*Some storage areas are reserved for owner use and will remain locked during your stay.



*The home sleeps up to 12 guests, with bedding for 10 across five bedrooms and a sofa bed in the kids’ playroom for an additional 2 guests.



*No guests under 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome as part of a family booking. We DO NOT accept Schoolies bookings.



*Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 9pm.
