This new 1 bedroom apartment is in the heart of Brisbane, only a few minutes walk to South Bank, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes just on your doorstep. Only 600 meters away from Brisbane City, Casino and much more. Also, have access to world-class amenities.
You are more than welcome to explore the apartment during your stay. Within the complex, you will have access to our beautiful indoor pool as well as entertainment areas and a full gym (level 40). Your white room card will give you access to the front doors, lift and room door.

If you are looking for something to do after dinner you have the buzzing entertainment hub that is the Southbank parklands, located right on the Brisbane River. There is plenty to keep you busy with a wide range of bars, pubs, night markets and entertainment such as the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Gallery of Modern Art, Science Centre and Wheel of Brisbane.
For those shopping enthusiasts, Brisbaneâs Queen Street Mall and the Wintergarden is only a short 10-minute walk from Brisbane Skytower. With all the designer and retail stores you know and love in one convenient location, there is sure to be something for everyone.
If watching live sports action is more up your alley, then youâre in luck, with Suncorp Stadium only a ten-minute drive from Brisbane Skytower. Here you can catch, The Brisbane Broncos, The Queensland Reds and the Brisbane Roar, as well as the Wallabies, The Australian Kangaroos and the Queensland Maroons at the State of Origin games when they are in town. Some of the biggest concerts by some of the worldâs biggest stars are also held here throughout the year. If you are looking to watch some cricket or AFL, The Gabba is the place to be and is only a quick six-minute drive from Brisbane Skytower across the river to Woolloongabba.
Sorry, there is no parking allocated to the apartment there are a few different options around.
The closest secure parking is Apollo parking, but they are currently closed on the weekends and public holidays. We might have paid parking in Apollo parking available, but you need to contact us first to check availability.
There is also street parking around if you want to try your luck.
Another option is Wilson parking, AM60 is the code for the closest Wilson parking.
Myer parking is also a good option for guest only staying one night on the weekend.
I would recommend always book online since they normally have deals online.
There are plenty of public transport options. The apartment is only 5mins away from the biggest bus station and you can find a bus to literally anywhere. It's also 7min away from central train satiation and there is also Eagle st ferry station just around the corner.

đ„ Guests: Only those listed in your booking are permitted to stay overnight. If additional guests visit, they are the responsibility of the primary guest.
đ« Conduct: To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and the property, we reserve the right to request a guest's departure if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, damage, or potential harm. No refunds will be issued, and alternative accommodation will not be provided in such cases.

żïž Parking: Please use the designated parking areas and ensure you park in the spot allocated to your booking.
đ Events: Parties, celebrations, or gatherings are not allowed on the property. Violating this rule may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.
đ§ Access for Maintenance: We ask for your understanding in allowing access to the property for necessary repairs or inspections, with reasonable notice. In emergencies, we may need to enter without prior notice.
đĄïž Liability: As this is a privately owned home, neither Aliceâs Home nor the Owners are responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. We also cannot be held liable for lost or stolen personal belongings. By staying with us, you acknowledge these risks.
đ Respect for the Property: We kindly ask that you treat the home and its contents with care. This includes using furnishings, linens, and appliances only for their intended purposes.
đ€« Quiet Hours: To be considerate of our neighbors, quiet hours are in effect from 7 PM to 8 AM.
đŸ No Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets on the property.
đ§ș Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are not provided. Linens and towels are available for your use, but we ask that you leave them in the apartment. Please also follow the checkout instructions to leave the home in good condition.
đœ Septic System: Please avoid flushing any feminine products, as this can damage the septic system. If blockages occur due to improper disposal, repair costs may apply.

Penalties
We encourage you to follow our guidelines to avoid any additional charges:
đ ïž Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to items in the home. This includes furnishings, linens, and other contents. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
đ Parties/Events: A penalty of $500 will apply if a party or event is held at the property.
đ Pets: Bringing pets to the property will result in a $300 penalty, plus the cost of any damages caused by the pet.
đ§Œ Cleaning: If additional cleaning beyond standard expectations is required, the guest will be responsible for the extra service cost.
đ Smoking: A $500 penalty will be charged if smoking occurs inside or anywhere on the property.
đ Security: Tampering with smoke alarms, covering them, or turning them off will result in a $300 + penalty fee.
