Queens Wharf Apt - Level 42 with river & city view

Your cozy getaway awaits in Brisbane City at this lovely apartment. This delightful space features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and convenient amenities like AC, a hair dryer, and an iron. Whether you're looking to relax in a serene environment or stay active in the fitness room, this charming apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!

Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out

If you’d like the second bed set up, there’s a $55 setup fee. Please let us know ahead of time so we can get everything ready and comfy for your stay.

We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.

Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM
Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. Additional cleaning fees will apply if smoke is detected.


Parking Information
Our apartment does not have a dedicated parking. The Star Casino car park is also available with the following rates:

30 mins–1 hr: $30
1–2 hrs: $40
2–3 hrs: $50
3–4 hrs: $60
4–5 hrs: $70
5+ hrs / daily max: $80 (resets at 6:00 am)
