• This is a clean, comfortable and well-equipped home with some natural signs of age.
• The property has two levels. Stairs are required to reach the upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and main living area.
• The pool’s interior paint is aged and may appear uneven or discoloured in places. This is cosmetic only. The pool is serviced regularly, and the water is maintained in a clean and safe condition. Maintenance reports are available upon request.

Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out requests must be made by the night before departure.
Without prior approval, cleaners will begin entry at 10:00 AM sharp.
