From up here the outlook stretches across the Brisbane River and surrounding parklands all the way to Moreton Bay. It's the best feature of the place, day or night.

Guest Access:

Please note: **parking is available ** The parking entrance is located on Herschel Street, with your dedicated car space, #5703, situated in Basement 4.



To access the area, please scan your fob at the main garage door. Once you reach Basement 3, you will need to scan the fob a second time to open the boom gate, which will allow you to continue down to Level 4.



For peace of mind, please follow all building access instructions and ensure doors and windows are secured when leaving the property.

Getting Around:

🚆 **Roma Street Station is a 2-minute walk** Brisbane's biggest station and the crossing point for every city train line, so you can reach almost anywhere in South East Queensland without changing stations. Direct trains run south to the **Gold Coast in around an hour**, and north on the **Sunshine Coast line** to Nambour, with connecting buses to Noosa and Mooloolaba. Airport, intercity and coach services all leave from the same interchange.



✈️ **Brisbane Airport is about 20 minutes away** either by car, or on the Airtrain direct from Roma Street Station, no transfers needed.



🚶 Most of the CBD's restaurants, cafés, shops, riverside walks and attractions are an easy walk from the front door.

- **No parties or events:** This is a residential building please be considerate of our neighbors throughout your stay.

- **Quiet hours:** Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

- **No smoking:** Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

- **Cleaning:** Please leave the home tidy and as you found it; excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee.

- **Bins & waste:** Bin instructions are in the house manual. Please dispose of all rubbish in the appropriate bins — excess rubbish requiring additional removal may incur a fee.

- **Early check-in** may be available on request, subject to availability.

- **Security:** External security cameras are installed at the property.
