I soo want to give this property 5 stars but until they can get the building management to address the terrible state of the common areas, I can’t do it. The flat itself is perfect. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. No bad smell in the flat. But the moment you open the door to head to lift, the smell of cat urine is overwhelming. It’s really unfortunate. It’s such a great location, parking downstairs in the garage and right near the beach. There is also a lift. Really a great place. It’s just the smell and I’d feel guilty not sharing that with fellow travelers. Hopefully the building management will correct the problem.
