Several major bus stops are just a 3–5 minute walk away—including Ship Street, Palace Pier, Pool Valley Coach Station, and Old Steine—served by regular routes like the 12, 2, 7, 13X, 27, 28, 273, and 700. These connect you easily to the rest of the city and nearby spots like Eastbourne, Saltdean, and Newhaven.

🚆 Brighton Station is around a 14-minute walk and offers direct trains to London, Gatwick Airport, and the coast. Public transport is simple and reliable here, with contactless and app-based payment on most buses—making it easy to explore without the car.

• No parties or events. If a party is held, you will be asked to leave immediately and reported to the platform. A £250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected.
• Please treat the apartment as you would your own home.
• Accidents happen—if anything is broken or damaged, please let us know right away so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
