Your fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine overlooks your spacious dining sitting area with table for 10 and gorgeous wood fire. Relax with a good book by the fire or enjoy the afternoon sun. A TV with WII Ipod/CD player offers entertainment while you enjoy a game around the table.

4 comfortable bedrooms offer easy family living. The front of the house offers a queen room with ensuite and 2nd bedroom with single bunk bed. The rear of the house offers another queen room and 4th bedroom with single bunk bed, making the layout ideal for 2 families. All bedding is supplied, linen is provided for the queen beds only. Extra linen can be provided at extra charge.

The single lock up garage is also ideal to store bikes or your toys, a full laundry is also an added bonus.
