« On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. « All the staff we dealt with were polite,really helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The room we stayed in was really big, the beds were so comfy. Plenty of parking available. We paid the small amount extra to use the pool, steam room, sauna & jacuzzi, which we concidered good value for money. We also paid extra for the breakfast, which again was good value, with lots of choice.
