Nestled on 105 peaceful acres at Five Sticks Farm, this newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment offers panoramic paddock and rainforest views, a wraparound deck, games shed with ice bath, giant games, and a firepit under the uninterrupted night sky. Perfect for couples, families & friends who want to unwind, explore, & enjoy sustainable farm life — just 13 mins from Bellingen and under 20 mins to the beach.

This spacious, newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment features a raised wraparound deck with panoramic paddock and rainforest views. The open-plan living area is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and original, colourful artworks, creating a bright and welcoming space.

Bedrooms: One queen and two single beds, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests

Bathroom: Modern, good-sized shower with fresh towels

Kitchenette: Air fryer, microwave, electric frypan, coffee machine, and all usual breakfast-making equipment. BBQ and pizza stones available for outdoor cooking.

Step outside to the elevated deck, perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining at the high bar table, reading, or watching wallabies and birds pass by. The deck is an ideal sundowner spot all year round.

A highlight of the property is the Five Sticks games shed, terrace, and firepit. Guests can enjoy:

- This is a dedicated guest area, designed for fun and relaxation.

Paddock Heights adjoins our family home but is separated by a breezeway and privacy screens to ensure your privacy. Five Sticks is a working, sustainable fruit and berry farm, so you may occasionally see or hear us tending to plants, animals, or property — but this does not impact your stay.

We provide fast internet and Optus phone reception (Telstra is limited).

🌿 Wildlife & Countryside

Located in a regional area with abundant wildlife and neighbouring farms, you may hear or see:

Free-ranging chickens, a rooster, guinea fowl, and our two friendly farm dogs - Myrtle and Hawksley

Wallabies, echidnas, possums, and — occasionally — resident koalas

Diamond pythons (non-venomous and shy)

Earplugs are provided for guests who prefer quieter nights, but many visitors enjoy the authentic sounds of the Australian bush.

Guests have private use of the Paddock Heights apartment and the surrounding wraparound deck, as well as the games shed, terrace, firepit, ice bath, and giant outdoor games — a dedicated space for fun and relaxation.
