This bright, elevated one-bedroom apartment sits directly above Bridlington's South Beach, with wraparound windows framing an uninterrupted sweep of golden sand, sparkling bay and the dramatic chalk cliffs of Flamborough Head in the distance. On a clear day you can watch sailing boats drift across the water from the comfort of your sofa (binoculars provided).

The space

The heart of the apartment is a generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that makes the most of that remarkable outlook. Wraparound windows flood the room with natural light, while comfortable seating and a smart TV give you the perfect spot to unwind after a day by the sea. The lounge also features a double sofa bed, so the apartment comfortably sleeps four.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and breakfast bar seating, so you can enjoy your morning coffee with the tide rolling in below. A washer dryer is provided for longer stays.

Walk the clifftop paths toward Sewerby Hall and Gardens, explore the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs with its famous puffins and gannets, or simply spend the day on the sand. Flamborough, Filey and the wider Yorkshire Wolds are all within easy reach for day trips.

There are two key safes for entry: the first is located at the main building entrance to let you into the building, and the second is at the entrance to the flat itself. Please note the apartment is on an upper floor and there is no lift, so access is via stairs. Do bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility.

*No Parties or Events Allowed
This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.

*Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.

*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.

*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.

*Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £75 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.

*Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.

*Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour

*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either: A refundable security deposit of £150–£250 (depending on property size), OR A non-refundable damage waiver of £40–£100 (depending on length of stay).
