The Lake House combines beach house charm with elevated interiors designed for relaxation and time together. The large living room flows into the dining area and fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, while the three-season sunroom offers additional dining and lounge seating with beautiful views across Lake Michigan. Downstairs, an additional lounge features a smart TV, peloton, and games, providing direct access to the beach.



Outside, an expansive upper deck invites al fresco dining overlooking Lake Michigan, while the covered lower deck offers a shaded retreat. Just steps away, your private sandy beach awaits for swimming, relaxing along the shoreline, and watching sunsets. Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the home, including all six bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, sunroom, laundry facilities, decks, and private beach. The driveway accommodates one car, with parking for an additional three to four cars in an alternative parking area a short walk up the road.

The Lake House sits directly on Lake Michigan in Bridgman, with a private beachfront setting close to Southwest Michigan’s lakeshore communities. Downtown Bridgman offers local restaurants, breweries, and shops, while nearby Weko Beach and Warren Dunes State Park provide additional recreation and trails to explore. Harbert’s galleries and antique shops are also within easy reach, with more waterfront dining, shopping, and boating opportunities farther south in New Buffalo.



Getting Around:

Your private beach is just steps from the home, making the shoreline easy to enjoy without a car. A vehicle is useful for visiting Downtown Bridgman, nearby restaurants, golf courses, wineries, and other Harbor Country destinations.



Other Things to Note:

The Lake House is a special family home, and we ask guests to treat the property, shoreline, and surrounding neighborhood with care and respect. Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.



The fireplace is decorative and is not operational. The wood stove is not available for guest use.



The kitchen wine fridge is reserved for the owners. A separate wine fridge in the laundry room is available for guests.
