Subject: Undisclosed Pet Fee Charged by Property Hello, I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unexpected USD 75 pet fee charged by the property during our stay. At the time of booking through Expedia, no pet fee was mentioned in the listing or in our reservation details. Based on this information, we proceeded with the booking believing there would be no additional charge for our dog. We were therefore surprised to be charged USD 75, which was not disclosed at any time during the booking process. I contacted the property, and they advised that the charge applies, despite it not being stated on Expedia. I respectfully request that this matter be resolved promptly and that the USD 75 pet fee be removed and refunded to my credit card. Thank you for your assistance.
