« We had a lovely time. Very quiet rural setting. Good but "gnarly" uphill dog walk from the door on a footpath. The road was narrow winding with no pavement so you needed to go by car to go anywhere else.We could have done with some written instructions for some of the appliances (which were all very good) but Helen could not have been more helpful. Bringing us fresh eggs from their hens and ducks was really nice and made us feel welcome. We were also provided with milk, butter, bread and...

« Cosy and comfortable and in a great location for exploring the Gower peninsula, Swansea and east Camarthenshire. David was very welcoming and the kitchen supplies ie tea, coffee, dishwasher tabs etc were very generous. We didn't realise when booking that there were 4 other converted farm buildings together but this was not an issue for us. The road was much busier than we thought it would be, but again not an issue for us personally. »

« Positive: location, the peaceful feeling of a country house, the view on the fields and horses, cozy apartment. Room for improvement: all 3 mattresses were sagging/broken, we all basically slept on springs. The radiator of the 2 single beds room was so noisy we had to turn it off. Wifi very weak but I guess it does not depend on the owners. »

« Communication prior to the booking date was pretty poor. The hosts are through a different company and so it was very hard to get a response to messages through VRBO. The track up to the cottage was in very poor condition, although it is said by the owner's that they don't own it so they can't do anything about it. The cottage itself is lovely, warm and spacious with almost everything you need for your stay (apart from any cleaning supplies).I would also point out there's an information book in...

« On hotels.com the location of the hut is wrong. It’s 20 km further away from Swansea. Be aware of this. Otherwise we had a great stay at the cabin 😊 »

« A very well equipped semi detached property, providing comfortable accommodation. Ideally situated to explore The Gower & into Swansea or Pembrokeshire. Private safe garden for our dog. The village of Three Crosses is very nice, with a village stores plus a pub (10 / 15 mins walk away from The Dairy), which serves honest 'pub grub'. Nearest 'supermarket' is Killay (c. 8 mins drive). « The Crows Nest is a beautiful period property situated in a lovely quiet location overlooking the sea. The views are stunning. Porlock weir has a lovely pub with friendly staff . An ideal location for a quiet rest. The coastal path is close by and Porlock village only 2 miles down the road. The property had all we needed for our short break . I would love to return some day . »
