« Pros: location across from the beach, nice pool on site, location relative to some bars and the marina area, wristband door keys. Maintence was very quick to fix our shower! Cons: location is far from the "popular" shops and restaurants, remodeled but still very cheap feeling, water to shower and facet gets so hot it would blister a child in seconds, pool chairs for use with this reservation are located at a seperate location which would be a 20 minute walk on the beach or hopping on the trolley...

« I don't usually write a review but I feel this place needs to know. It's a quaint Cottage experience and has good beach access the rooms were clean but there was no service to the room I think paying 200 plus dollars a night depending on which room you select should come with daily cleaning service I don't feel as a customer that I should be carrying my towels to the door to be cleaned and carrying them back in to be put away. I don't like the fact that I was asked to do dishes. Especially...

« Cet hotel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. C'est un motel vieillot qui a été entièrement rénové. L'intérieur des chambres est décoré avec goût et tout y est très propre. Petite piscine chauffée au milieu du jardin. Attention l'entrée de l'hôtel se situe en plein virage, cela peut être dangereux, pour traverser et aller a la plage...le plus gros problème vient de l'accueil !!! Nous avons été retardé car la route principale était fermée, il n'y avait personne a notre arrivée vers 19h 30 .... Et aucun...

« Parking was very crowded and close. The room had a window in the entry door that wasn’t covered properly for privacy and let in light all night. The couch was dirty and the large rug was filthy. The bathroom was nice. The bed was good, and the refrigerator worked well. However, you had to go to another location for check in. If they cleaned properly and covered the window in the door it would be fine. »

« Hôtel parfaitement rénové. Très belles chambres, spacieuses magnifiquement décorées, propre. Service impeccable. Le tout au bord de l’eau où on peut admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil, même assister à la naissance de tortues. Nous avons eu cette chance. Équipe très agréable et très professionnelle. Angel nous a très bien accueillis et s’est parfaitement occupée de nous. Je recommande. »

« Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with »

« The room was clean and well appointed. The location was good. It was a block from the beach with no view from the room, but the view on the beach was great. The property had a nice pool, and it was in a quiet area. The downside was that the room had a tiny bathroom. The sink was so small that the floor was soaked just from my washing my face.
