« I loved the way the owners have a large selection of vhs' to take to your room. The room was clean. The lake is beautifully nestled in a small valley that is not overly polluted with noise from the highway near-by. I was sad that the owners were not able to open their restaurant this year due to staffing issues. But will definitely be back and am looking forward to that Italian meal. »

« We had a great family vacation! The lake was wonderful for the kids to swim and explore, kayaking was fun on the calm water. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The little kids enjoyed the swings and playing games in the yard. Everyone fell in love with the duck that visited every day for treats! Fishing...well...that wasn't so good but it was relaxing. We were quite disappointed the hot tub wasn't available. All in all, though, this was a great place for our annual family...

« Inside the cabin was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the Property Manager was very prompt and helpful. Our group was travelling to and from a family reunion for four days which meant 20 kms of tough gravel road driving each way. It was tough on our car, would recommend a truck or SUV if doing a lot of driving from the cabin. »

« The cabin is located a bit out of Clearwater, approx. a 15-20 minute drive away. Good described, easy to find. Lovely equipped and decorated, clean, comfy bed, even mosi screens and net (inside and outside). Jane is very hospitable, couldn't ask for more. Wonderful views to wildflower meadows and forest. - Clearwater is a nice place, a great restaurant (Hop N Hog) close by and even a farmers market on Saturdays. Jane, thank you so much. »

« Beautiful lake, cabin was semi-clean, needs a deep clean. Cabin has a strong, musty mothballs smell( not pleasant in my opinion). For the price that we paid per night, I felt that firewood should be included. We had some cold, rainy days and the inside electric fire sound like it was going to blow up so we had to turn the stove on to warm up the place. Barbeque that they provided was not in good repair and was full of cigarette butts. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at the Wolf Den. It was true to the listing, and well appointed. Our swim in the lake was memorable, though it was a bit of a hike down to the water. The hosts were very friendly, introducing us to their dog, Peaches, and rescue parrot, Woody, pulling out swimming floaties for us, and offering a lot of interesting information about the property. Thanks for the wonderful stay! »

« Malheureusement, le sentiment dominant du séjour est la déception. Le confort était limité. Le logement n’est clairement pas adapté pour 4 personnes. Le service de petit déjeuner est quasi inexistant et contrairement au descriptif il n’y a pas de ménage quotidien. La déco du chalet, Le spa et les séances d’équitation sauvent la situation.
