This fantastic condo known as MarzHaus -- with years of five star reviews -- is your home away from home! Less than 30 feet from the Brian Head Resort Chair 8 Alpen Glow lift and 50 yards from Chair 1 Wildflower, the Brian Head pond and park are literally just steps away, all making this property the best location in Brian Head.

MarzHaus features the charm of a classic, cozy mountain cabin and sleeps 8 comfortably. It has two living room spaces for your group to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook a delicious meal after a day on the slopes or hiking and biking the beautiful trails. The main floor bedroom has a king size bed and en suite full bath with tub/shower. The upstairs bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an en suite bath with an enormous shower. In-unit, private washer and dryer are available in the condo.

Both the downstairs and upstairs living rooms' sofas turn into queen beds. You have access to a private, one-car garage located directly underneath the condo, complete with garage door opener for easy access.

Beds: Main bedroom - King Bed; 2nd floor bedroom - Queen + Twin; Main sofa bed - Queen; 2nd floor sofa bed - Queen.

The Brian Head Mall area, ice skating rink, and Giant Steps are about a 5-10 min. walk.

Extra blankets, linens, pillows are provided. All three TVs feature ChromeCast and you can find lots of fun DVDs, games, books, and puzzles to enjoy your time together! This condo complex also has a clubhouse with game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table. This unit has a private washer and dryer and the complex has additional coin-operated large load washers and dryers.



Please note there is no cable TV service in Brian Head, you can cast your device to the condo's TVs.

WINTER GUESTS: From approx. late November through April, be prepared that snow tires, 4 wheel drive, and/or chains to access the canyon leading up to Brian Head as well as driving around town are likely required due to snow fall.

Great ski vacation

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was comfortable, clean, warm, close to slopes and had a garage. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds comfy, showers hot, owners quick to respond - perfect ski vacation!

Clean and pleasant

Stayed two nights. Everything was immaculate. Great location, garage was right next to the stairs to go up, that made it very easy to haul gear. TVs were outdated so that Netflix wasn’t updated enough to work. Very large selection of dvds to watch tho! It was nice for a retro night but if we had stayed longer or with lots of kids it might have been frustrating.

Beautiful Brian Head

We loved our time at the Marz House in Brian Head. It was the perfect size for our family and a great place to get back to for the evenings after spending the day outside. The condo is very clean and well-maintained. Kitchen is well-stocked, and everything works! The check-in was seamless, and the owners included great information on staying in the condo. This property includes a log-burning fireplace, which our family loved. The private 1-car garage is one reason we picked this place. We travel with mountain bikes, so having a secure place to keep them overnight is such a convenience. The garage was big enough that it could easily hold our minivan with a hitch rack and bikes attached. It snowed 8 inches overnight after we arrived in Brian Head. A crew arrived mid-morning and plow the lot, but someone came by early in the morning and shoveled snow off of the stairs and walkway leading to the condo. We were there at a time of year when Brian Head is very quiet. There were people in only maybe a couple other units, so I was surprised they did the walk and stairs. Anyway, it speaks to how well this property is maintained. 10/10 recommend.

Great location

Literally right next to Aspenglow lift and just a short walk to Wildflower lift. Sleigh ride hill right next to condo. Condo had sleds in garage which would have been nice to know and saved us the trouble of trucking our own sleds.

Convenient and cozy

Great place just an easy couple minutes walk from two different lifts. Comfortable for five adults. Everything you need from kitchen items, toiletries, bedding. Convenient having a garage to put all the snowboards and ski equipment in at the end of the day. Definitely keep the heat low as the loft gets super hot, even with no heat off lol, not a bad thing if you’re cold natured. Host were very responsive to messaging and calls and gave good recommendations. Would definitely go again, this was our first time in Brian Head. Had a great spa experience also at the Noorish spa, check it out!

Great Condo!!!

Absolute great location in Brianhead for ski in and ski out. There was a major winter storm the weekend we were there that dumped over 2 feet of fresh powder, so the skiing was amazing. I have a Jeep Wrangler and had no issues getting from the condo to town during the blizzard, however if I had a car then chains would have been necessary as the owner states. The cabin was quite cozy for the 4 of us and could have easily accommodated a few more without being cramped. Great instructions on how everything worked. The owners answered very promptly to the few questions we had. I will absolutely rent this unit again for our next ski trip!

Great condo!

We had a lovely 5 days here. Easy checkin. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and beyond. Master bed was very comfortable. Lots of extra linens provided. Upstairs walk-in shower was amazing after a long day on the slopes. Short drive to Giant Steps and those of us who were a little bit more advanced of riders could hop on the lift right around the corner from the front door. There’s a huge sledding area just right outside. We were able to get our truck with a roof rack in the garage. All in all, a great place to stay for our family of 5. We’ll be back!

Cozy stay

This property is lovely. Very close to Brian Head skiing. The property itself was great. Stocked with all the essentials to cook with and they even had a lot of toiletries like lotions, soap and shampoos available. Water stayed hot the entire time and the heaters were on point. Very clean living areas, ample towels for everyone and the beds had nice fluffy sheets and comforters. Extras like a washer/dryer and a garage was the cherry on top! We highly recommend this place.
