We just gutted this amazing 3rd floor corner unit at the Giant Steps Condominiums.
We spared no expense with custom tile bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout, granite and quartz countertops, elegant lighting and ceiling fans everywhere, high-end furnishings, and one-of-a-kind artwork. No detail is overlooked even down to the dishes and flatware!
Summer, Winter, Spring, and Fall, Brian Head Utah has it all! This unit has been renovated to accommodate every season in the mountains.
Located right next to the Giant Steps ski lift, this ski-in ski-out condo has the best location in town. Underground parking to protect your car from the weather and a dumbwaiter to haul your gear up to our floor, makes this unit convenient and safe. The new resort owners have added night skiing at Giant Steps and a new, longer, faster tubing hill right outside our back door! This awesome location allows you to drop in for a quick warm up, a hot lunch or even a nap. The resort welcomed a second NEW HIGH SPEED DETACHABLE QUAD chair lift at Navajo; Both reduce the ride to the top from 12 minutes to just 5 minutes - providing skiers/snowboarders more time on the slopes and less time in the chair.
Brian Head is a year round family friendly destination that offers tons of opportunities for all ages. Visit nearby Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park.
This Unit is right off the Giant Steps lift and has easy access to ski-in/-out all day long. Enjoy the terrain, parks and snow tubing as part of your wintertime fun too.
This amazing, large, updated, modern 1,400 sq. ft. condo is lavishly decorated with a European flair giving the feel of a romantic Swiss chalet. Hardwood floors lay throughout, with custom tile floors and showers detailed with a unique design to highlight each of the three bathrooms. Granite and quartz countertops throughout with newer appliances. The master suite hosts a king size bed, its own TV and DVD player with an ensuite bath that is sure to delight. The second bedroom also entertains a king size bed, TV and DVD player and a full bath across the hall. The loft is a children’s paradise with two sets of full size bunk beds and a quiet retreat that would delight any youngster. Games, toys, sleds, movies and decor will keep the kids entertained while the adults gather around the fireplace to toast time with friends and family. The family room has a 46 inch LED flat screen TV, Blue Ray player with Netflix and Hulu capabilities. The loft also has its own tv. We offer FREE 12 MB WIFI exclusively for our condo. No more sharing the internet with other condos in the complex. The adjacent clubhouse offers a large hot tub, sauna, game room, washer, dryer and restrooms. Again this is a top floor unit and only has one unit to it's right. The wrap-around balcony has a BBQ and provides amazing mountain views as well as the ski runs across the street and the lake. Summer temperatures average in the high 70's. Sit on the deck and enjoy a cold drink and take in the beautiful view. Cedar City is just 35 minutes down the mountain and is home to the award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival, golfing, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and lots more. Check out the new art museum downtown, Cedar City Museum of Art!
Summertime offers wonderful opportunities for visitors. There are miles of ATV trails, hiking trails right outside your door, and several fishing lakes within 30 minutes of Brian Head. Brian Head recently built a new lake walking distance from our condo so you can catch that fish and get it on the BBQ with in minutes!!! For mountain bikers this is the destination spot for many mountain bike tournaments during the summer months.
This condo is in the Giant Steps complex on the third floor. There is a dumbwaiter; no elevator. Please take note when booking.
Please check out the Brian Head Resort web page for updated information on the activities and goings on in town. The Brian Head Resort has been busy planning activities every weekend for guests. i.e. Car Show, Beer Tasting, 4th of July events, etc. Along with the traditional mountain biking, there is a new rock climbing wall and a very fun slide for the kids and the adult who wants to be a kid!

The condo is just as beautiful as the pictures show! The refinished touches made a big difference to the overall feel of our stay. Giant Steps Condominiums’ amenities are a bit run down, but that’s par for the course if you’ve ever stayed at those condos before. This unit was so much nicer than others I’ve stayed in in the past.

We had such a great stay! The condo was so cozy and clean and felt like home. The host communicated well and everything was as pictured and advertised. This is a great location where you can easily walk across the parking lot to the Giant Steps lodge, and three restaurants and general store. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax or enjoy all Brian Head has to offer!

Great location and condo
Host was very accommodating to our arrival and easy to communicate with. Condo was very clean and plenty of beds and space for all. As noted, this is on the top floor and there is no elevator. Dumbwaiter was not working so it was challenging to go up 4 flights of stairs with luggage and ski gear.

Let me start with saying this rental is beautiful, and clean. The host is friendly, easy to reach and helpful. We had a few things though, we wish we had known ahead of time. We were hoping for a true ski in ski out, but it’s a decent hike to the lift. It is ski in though, there is a run you can take that drops you off right at the condo. This unit is also on the 3rd floor and at the time the dummy waiter was not working. We were told it does not work a lot. So we had to carry a lot of gear up a lot of stairs. Lastly, the printed instructions left in the home about our stay did make us feel rather uncomfortable that if we didn’t leave the house pretty spotless we would be charged so it was a little hard to relax.

The good:- Plenty of space for everyone to sit and to sleep. - Great location right next to the lift- Great resort. We LOVE Brian Head!- Loved the hot tub and sauna at the end of each day- Kids enjoyed the game room- Host was very quick to respond to texts and checked in by text to make sure we had everything we needed- Lots of space, comfortable layout, 3 bathrooms!- Really cool hidden attic play room for kids. The bad:- Dumb waiter has been out of commission for over a year and renters will not be allowed to use it if it ever gets repaired. So plan on carrying all your stuff up 3 floors. (Parking lot is the first floor)- WiFi was pretty spotty which made it hard for our kids to do school work or to do some other things we would have liked to do. - The electronic entry to the condo stopped working one evening when we got home, and we were locked out for about an hour until the host was able to get us a key. But the host assured us that this was the first time in 5 years that this has ever happened. We just hung out in the game room for an hour while the host figured out a solution.- The GM of the condo seems to not like renters and told our host we had too many people, even though we only had 9 (sleeps 10) and some other nit-picky things. - We wish the hot tub was open in the morning instead of not being open until 1:00 but that’s up to the HOA. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely return again. We absolutely loved the condo and location.

Lovely condo near Giant Steps
Property was well kept and as described in listing. Plenty of beds for our group of two families. Small issue with a broken coffee pot and the owner did everything she could to remedy the situation and had some k-cups delivered during our stay. Great location as well!

Family Snow Trip
My family (2 adults and 2 toddlers 4/6) had a fantastic vacation in Brian Head. The Giant Steps condo was very clean and beautifully remodeled however just an FYI the photos on VRBO are not up to date and not what I walked into. Still very nice but unexpectedly different furniture, tables, 2 sets of bunk beds and decorated for Christmas. A few recommendations for the future guests-Bring your own Duraflame/firestarter for the wood fireplace. There is a Jacuzzi in the second building bring your own towels no extra towels provided. Bring extra blankets and no coffee pot as stated. As discussed with owner there are some maintenance and broken things that needed to be fixed-TV, shower door etc. It was very close to one of the sky lifts (advanced lift) market, pizzeria and tubing. Loved the underground parking. It was snowing 2 out of the 4 days and it helped while unloading and staying of snow. The communication with the owner was awesome and very responsive!All in all we had a wonderful time!

Lovely home and great location!
Our family was lucky to have booked this great condo for the week of Christmas. Besides the beautiful decorations, the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of little extra things like olive oil and board games. Tons of space for everyone to spread out and the sweet cozy fire place kept us warm. Great location, we were right on the great steps slope and next to the tubing hill. Having the underground parking was so convenient since it snowed 3 of the days we were there. Emily was so quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Brian Head retreat
We had a fantastic stay at Brian Head. The condo is well equipped, impeccably designed, in one of the top spots in all of Brian Head for either ski or summertime. Communication with the Owner couldn't have been better. We will certainly stay there again.

Great centralized location.
The unit is spacious and in a nice spot close to restaurants and lifts. It was clean and comfy. We would definitely visit again. Air conditioning is listed in the amenities, however, I don't remember there being air conditioning. It's possible somehow we missed it since it was cool when we visited, and we didn't need air conditioning. (Most of the places in Brian Head do not have air conditioning.) If there really is no air conditioning though, the listing should be changed to reflect that. Still, a great place!

Great for our family ski week
We rented this condo for our small family ski week (2 adults, 3 kids) and the space was perfect for our needs. Modern interior and comfortable furnishings, with easy access to the ski hills and free bus shuttle line. We also appreciated the underground/covered parking, specifically with the snow and cold of the ski season. Fantastic property and great communication with the owners.

Great Location!
This condo is located just a very short distance from the ski lift which you can get to on skis. It is a spacious unit with plenty of bathrooms. One of the showers was not working so the owner graciously refunded some of our money for that inconvenience. But it was being repaired even as we were there. The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. Our only issue was that it did not actually sleep ten comfortably as stated but we were able to make it work. All in all it is a beautiful condo in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the nicest condo we had the chance to stayed at and had tons of thoughtful amenities that we felt at home during our stay. Stayed here when I ran the Cedar Breaks at Night half marathon. The location was perfect - short walk to the start/finish line. The condo was nicely furnished and made a great home base. We enjoyed being able to walk around this beautiful area.

We had son and family visiting and this facility really suited us—bedroom with 2 bunk beds upstairs for kids and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Everything you could need in kitchen, including spices, condiments, etc.

Perfect for families!
Our stay was over july 4th, so we had windows open most of the time, and even though the place is centrally located it was surprisingly quiet.
Kitchen is well stocked, we had everything we needed to fix a few simple meals.
*maybe a few fans for the loft and bedrooms for the warmer summer months*
We would definitely stay again!
