Located within Elevate Villas, this property offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access to both the Pioneer and Navajo lifts. The Pioneer Lift is closer to the bunny hill, while the Navajo Lift is also conveniently nearby.

SKI TRIP CONVENIENCE

The home also offers a dedicated area near the downstairs back entrance where ski gear can be hung and dried. A gear-drying rack that circulates air makes it easier to get wet clothing and equipment ready for the next day on the mountain.

Guests will have full access to the entire unit, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and amenities. Enjoy complete access to the private spa and sauna throughout your stay.

Restricted Area: The master closet is reserved for owner storage and will remain locked and inaccessible to guests.

👥 Undeclared Guests: Guests must match the reservation. Undeclared guests will be charged 2x the applicable additional guest fee.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping inside the home. This includes all rooms and common areas.
🎉 No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions. Additional $15 per guest per night after 14 guests.

🗑️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
🚽 Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
