This home is just 15 minutes from Chatham and loaded with amazing features like high vaulted ceilings with skylights, a spiral staircase, a spacious back patio with a gas grill, and much, much more! Inside, the first-floor living space is bright and open with a large living room furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and lots of natural light cascading in through a sliding glass door that leads out to the patio. The full kitchen has plenty of wood cabinetry to hold your pantry staples, plus all the equipment and counter space the family chef will need to create something new. There's plenty of room up to six guests at the dining table, and up to four on the outside patio table. The patio is the perfect place to catch up with old friends while the kids play with each other on the grass. Off the kitchen, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa and a bathroom with a shower/bath. Head upstairs to the loft, where you'll find a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower/bath, and a large sofa to enjoy a little privacy with.

There are plenty of things to enjoy around the area like hiking Sheep Pond Woodlands Trail and biking on Cape Cod Rail Trail. You'll be super close to the shops and restaurants in Chatham. Head over to Ocean Edge Golf Club to play on some beautiful fairways for a little early morning exercise.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
