« This is my second time staying at this property. We came back because, well, we really like Tom's place. It's not uber fancy. If that's what you want, maybe look elsewhere. However, if you're looking for a cute home in a quiet and secluded neighborhood that's clean and has everything you need for a nice getaway, this is your spot. I'm sure we'll be back again. »

« Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. « Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. « We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave. »

"On the day of my arrival, the receptionist was rather reluctant to give me any information, being busier eating cream cakes and watching videos on his phone. Also, on my first night, groups of young people gathered in one room and partied until late, preventing me from sleeping the night before an important meeting. But above all, the area around the hotel is devoid of pleasant places to walk to for breakfast, and it was complicated to find where to have breakfast before going to my work meetings downtown. I really wish the hotel had a minimal breakfast service. That said, the hotel is clean, the bedding comfortable, and the other members of staff friendly enough. "
