« An incredible experience! The Inkwell Suite is such a comfortable, modern, and warm room. Do yourself a favor and book this room!The Tempur-pedic mattress was extremely comfortable. Rental properties can feel like a gamble sometimes with mattress quality, but the owners of the Spofford Lodge spared no expense to furnish their rooms with high quality items. « We rented this property to host my daughter's 16th birthday and have a little sleepover. The home is beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great location too, isolated enough to have privacy but only a few minutes from town. The only problem (if you'd consider it a problem, we didn't) was a lady bug infestation but it was mostly limited to the entry rooms and windows. A very normal seasonal issue in Maine.
