« This little motel was THE PERFECT stay while I was in St. Ignace for 4 days. I love the vintage-feel of the motel and the newly-updated rooms! Bed was super comfortable and so was the recliner in the room. Room was super clean and had everything I needed. When I come back to St. Ignace, I will always stay at The Cedars!!!!!!! I recommend this super nice motel to everyone!!! 🌟🌟🌟 »

« Took my parents to the UP for the first time and they loved their room! Bed was extremely comfortable, everything was super well cleaned, and the location of the motel is perfect for people wanting to go to Mackinaw Island and come back on the same day. I’ll stay here again in a heart beat. »

« Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for our late night arrival. The room...well...the beach front view and access was amazing but the room needs some help. If you can get "nose blind" quickly, the musty smell isn't too bad. No counter space in the tiny bathroom and not really much table space in the room. And walls are really thin. Just need a budget place to lay your head on your way through...this place does just fine. »

« The staff was friendly and the rooms was clean. Not alot of opinions for breakfast but it was ok. Easy to get to and not far from the ferry to the island. »

« This hotel is a gem. It is an older facility, but you can tell it has been well maintained. Everything was great- the facility, the property and the staff. The pool and hot tub were very clean and inviting. The breakfast was substantial and we enjoyed walking out on the beach and seeing all the baby geese. We will definitely go back! »
