'The Cottage à Franklin Park' est idéalement situé dans le centre de Brevard, Caroline du Nord. Situé dans le quartier Franklin Park, juste en face de la rue de 'The Big Play' et City Pool. Juste un jet de pierre des commerces et restaurants de la rue principale. Facile à pied de Brevard College, Silvermont et la Transylvanie County Library. Le chalet dispose de 3 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bains, cuisine entièrement équipée et buanderie, salle à manger pour 6, salon avec cheminée et la télévision par câble, Internet sans fil et un porche d'écran fantastique. La propriété a aussi un cour clôturée avec surface de pont. Parmi les attractions locales .... Brevard Music Center, Porter Center, Forêt nationale de Pisgah, Dupont Forrest, Blue Ridge Parkway, et le Rocher de glisse toujours populaire. Asheville est à seulement 30 minutes au nord et facilement accessibles. Venez visiter Brevard, un endroit idéal pour appeler camp de la maison tout en explorant le comté de Transylvanie et l'ensemble de la Caroline du Nord occidentale.

Our stay was superb. The property was very well-furmished and inviting. They provided numerous entertainment options. The location-close to downtown yet in a park environment (quiet and relaxing)- is a real sell. Again, it was superb.

Can’t beat this house, location, neighborhood! We truly enjoyed our visit and appreciated the beautiful, comfortable, thoughtful and convenient accommodations. The home, fenced backyard and neighborhood were perfect for us and our dog. We found everything we needed in the house and felt right at home while visiting family in Brevard. Hope we can stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful cottage! From check in to check out, everything went very smoothly. We cooked in every night and always found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, etc. We loved sitting on the screened in front porch each morning with our coffee, each afternoon with our wine, and each evening while eating our dinner. We enjoyed watching the families enjoy the community pool and playground across the street. The neighborhood is very special. We will definitely be back!

Waterfall Adventure

Great little cottage in an amazing neighborhood that is within walking distance to downtown. The first block is uphill, but then it’s smooth sailing to enjoy the wonderful downtown area. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, and included plentiful supplies which is always a plus. The beds were comfy and towels fluffy. Some of the kitchen utensils could use replacing, but we made it all work. The front porch was my favorite spot and the weather was perfect to sit and enjoy the sounds of the friendly neighborhood. The weather was also perfect to explore the nearby waterfalls and breweries. Highly recommend this wonderful home. Great communication with host! We hope to return again soon!!

Perfect location, home away from home

Great House, Great Location

We really enjoyed the location and layout of this house. It was very comfortable. Beds were lovely and lots of bedding, towels, kitchen amenities to allow for making meals at home. The location of the home is across from an excellent park for kids and close to downtown and groceries. Brevard is a very walkable place and this home is in the centre of it all while still allowing for quiet. Host was available if needed and check in was seamless.

Idyllic

The home combined modern convenience and appointment with classic, southern design. It was a realtor's dream for location, location, location. The park across the street and a short walk to town made it superb. Thank you to the hosts for such a great stay.

Franklin Park Cottage

The Cottage is exactly as photographed. The across the street access to Franklin Park to enjoy walking, seeing many white squirrels, and the family vibe was great. I particularly enjoyed the screened front porch. The neighborhood it is very nice. Downtown Brevard is about a 15 minute walk. I will return next summer.

Cute cottage close to Brevard

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage in Brevard, North Carolina. It was a beautiful neighborhood, very close to town and also to many of the waterfalls, which we hiked. I wish we could’ve stayed a couple more days. I will say that the mattresses are not comfortable. We just dealt with it. Other than that, we had everything we needed. And we appreciate that we could bring our dog with us. If she wasn’t with us, we crated her and it worked out perfect.

We live down on the NC coast and every fall head to the mountains to enjoy the season. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years but this one may be the best one we’ve experienced. Great house, in a great neighborhood - park across the street and just a short walk downtown - perfect! Brevard and the Pisgah Forest have a lot to offer and this was the perfect “home base” to enjoy it all. We’ll definitely return.
