« Our room was clean , however the worst was the water in shower ever did get warm, nor in the sink. Our phone did not work, it had been pulled out of the wall. The TV did not work as well. We were disappointed in our stay. »

« I attempted to address a booking issue with the front desk staff, which proved pointless. The staff member was short, rude, and offered no solutions or problem solving outside of rebooking and paying for both bookings. My booking agent and Expedia tried to contact the hotel staff and received the same experience and were hung up on by the that staff member. « The first room smelled like smoke so I had to change to another ans it was better. The a/c units seem old and noisy. The staff was ok. They charge for parking just because they can.. it’s big and open but no security or safety. It’s an ok Hilton.. a little musty and has smells to it.. the room are Big and nice and clean »

« Very clean, comfy beds, staff was super friendly. Emalie in the bar is friendly and serves a delicious hibiscus martini. I would stay here again for sure. Close to many good restaurants and Starbucks is just across the street »
