« Host communications was awesome. The condo was very clean and easy to find. »

« The property is in the perfect location. Everything you need on Palafox is walking distance. Room was quiet and peaceful, everything was very comfortable. The beds were great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we thought was missing, was a coat rack or hook to hang your hoodie or rain jacket on. I give this stay 4.99 Stars out of five!! »

« We really enjoyed our stay, condo was perfect, could use some brighter light bulbs, but everything went very well. We will be back »

« The property had a great pool. It was very clean and easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The bay was such a nice bonus as well. I have nothing negative to say about the place and hope to stay again soon. So beautiful and relaxing. Loved the family friendly atmosphere. »

« Beautiful condo. Great location. »

« Awesome vacation, great place , highly recommend »

« We absolutely loved this space. Parking was convenient and never had any issues. The sunsets and sunrise views from the balcony downstairs and the wide bedroom window upstairs. Decorated for the perfect beach house feel and cozy enough for us when it rained. I have to say that not everything is perfect. Hair in the drain of the tub was visible and unacceptable. Some extra pillows had stains. Last issue was something electrical with downstairs bathroom, the light switched on would start flashing...

« Our stay was great. The condo served it purpose. We always love coming to Pensacola Beach. »

« Great spot for anniversary weekend. »

« Great location. Apt. was clean. Master Bathroom and its fixtures could use updating. »

« Beach view and pet friendly. The kitchen is well equipped but you will have to bring your own kitchen knifes and tablespoons. There is one filet knife but very dull. Not sure what happened with those. »

« We had a great stay. Beautiful community. »

« We’ve stayed in many places over the years and this has been by far the cleanest place we’ve stayed in. It was quiet and cozy. Easy access to the beach, cove, and pool. Shopping & restaurants. Our only complaint was not having any type of window coverings over the living room sliding glass door. The stairs might be a lot for anyone that may struggle with steps. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities, utensils, crockpots, coffee makers, etc. Water filter, ice maker, bbq grill and...

« The condo looked exactly like the pictures. And they must have really good insulation because we didn't hear anything from our neighbors while we were there. It's an older place but in good shape. And I love how close it is to the pool. You can walk right out and it's there and then the beach is just a few steps farther. It was a great location. »

« What a great condo overlooking the bay!! It was the perfect size for a family of four. The was a nice small beach on the bayside that the little ones enjoyed with the calm waters. You are also a short walk away from the ocean side where we enjoyed waves and shell hunting. My only caution is that this is on the third floor and there is no elevator. But the stairs are worth it when you see the views. »

« Communication was great and also everything was super clean and the place was one of the best ones I have ever stayed at »
