Welcome to The Loft @ Black Pearl Lodge, a thoughtfully designed guest suite within our boutique multi-unit beachfront property. It’s a cozy, light-filled space where comfort meets coastal charm — ideal for couples, solo travelers, or long weekends by the water.

Guests at The Loft @ Black Pearl Lodge enjoy a private entrance at ground level, with just two easy steps onto the deck. A designated parking spot is located right outside the door for added ease and convenience.

The Loft opens to a beautiful yard—perfect for relaxing, reading, or sipping your morning coffee. A path around the building leads to the beach access stairs, which are shared with the Waterwheel Oasis. Please note, access to the beach involves a set of steep steps, so use caution when heading down. Once at the water, you’ll find kayaks, paddleboards, a beachside fire pit, and outdoor seating ready for you to enjoy.

Guests will have direct interaction with the owners, Matt and Adrienne, and their family, who live on the property and are often nearby. We love getting to know our guests and are here to offer a curated, personalized experience. We also fully respect your space. Interaction is based on whatever makes you feel most comfortable, whether that’s a quick hello or a deeper connection during your stay.

The property is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Chico in Bremerton, Washington. Surrounded by lush greenery and tall trees, the property offers tranquil setting just a steps away from the shores of Dyes Inlet, and a short drive to the Hood Canal, Olympic mountains or the ferry terminal for a day trip into Seattle.
From the property, you can easily access the downtown areas of Bremerton, Silverdale and Poulsbo, where you`ll find plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby opportunities for fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking and mountain biking in the Olympics.

Getting around the neighborhood is easy with your own vehicle. Parking is available for guests right on the property. And if you want to explore the area without driving, there are ride-sharing services available in the area and bike paths. The Washington state Terry terminal is 7.4 miles from the house, making access to downtown Seattle a breeze!

The full kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, and basic cooking essentials to get you started.

The Loft includes a Smart TV and Wi-Fi for easy streaming and staying connected.

Life vests are always available for your use for safe water adventures.

A BBQ grill is available for guest use down by the beach, perfect for a waterside meal.

You may spot local wildlife during your stay, including bald eagles, herons, otters, seals, sea lions, deer, and on rare occasions, orcas in Dyes Inlet.
