Luxury Villa Ivana Brela is located in the heart of Dalmatia, in the idyllic town of Brela, known for its crystal-clear sea and beautiful pebble beaches. This fully air-conditioned villa offers spectacular sea views from every room, providing the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy. With 245 m2 of living space and a spacious 390 m2 courtyard, it can accommodate up to 10 guests, ensuring a luxurious Mediterranean retreat.

On the ground floor, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare gourmet delicacies. The spacious living room, ideal for relaxation, is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to enjoy your favorite movies and series. The elegant dining area and the large terrace are perfect for meals, whether it’s breakfast at sunrise or dinner under the stars. A special ambiance is provided by the indoor fireplace, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. This floor also features a bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two rooms have beds measuring 180x200 cm, while the third room has a bed measuring 160x200 cm, providing maximum comfort for a relaxing sleep. A fifth room with a 160x200 cm bed is located separately.
From the living room, guests can step out onto the spacious terrace and enjoy sunbathing by the heated 28 m2 pool. Comfortable loungers surrounding the pool provide the perfect spot for relaxation with a good book or a refreshing drink. For barbecue enthusiasts, there is a wood or charcoal grill, ideal for preparing grilled specialties and creating unforgettable outdoor dining experiences.

For recreation and entertainment, Villa Ivana Brela offers table tennis and table football, while younger guests can enjoy a swing and slide. The basement features a fully air-conditioned relaxation and workout area equipped with an exercise bike, treadmill, full-body workout machine, and a punching bag. Two electric bicycles are available for guests to enjoy exploring the surrounding area.

The villa is fully enclosed, ensuring privacy and security, and offers three private parking spaces for guests.
