The combined unit is ideally laid out via interconnected “lockout doors” allowing you to open everything up to be together as a group OR you can choose to partition the rooms off into four individual 1 Bedroom Units to accommodate privacy needs in whatever combination you choose.
The Grand Colorado is a full-service luxury resort, boasting the best location at the base of Peak 8 which sits in the heart of the legendary Breckenridge Ski Resort.
This new and continuously updated and refreshed property has four (4) indoor and three (3) outdoor heated pools (one with a water slide), eight (8) indoor/outdoor hot tubs (many of them literally slope-side), a well-appointed fitness center, a gorgeous full-service spa, an adults only “Grotto” with steam, sauna, hot tub/cold plunge pool and quite lounge areas, five (5) private home theaters (subject to availability for groups of 8-16 with thousands of streamed movie choices), a family fun center (game room), indoor ski lockers, restaurants, bars, and even an outdoor ice rink.
The Breckenridge Ski Resort houses its ticket sales office, ski/snowboard equipment rentals shop, and ski school all on the ground level floors of Building Three of the property (the same building as your unit), so you quite literally may not even have to leave the building to get everyone set up and ready to hit the slopes.
The property is also serviced by the always free to ride Breck Connect Gondola which runs directly to the base of Peak 7, AND continues on downtown Breckenridge – providing a convenient way for everyone in your party to get into and out of town during the day (usually 7:45AM to 5:45PM) for the world class shopping, entertainment and apres ski restaurant and bar scene. Guests may also ride the complimentary, on-demand resort shuttles into and back from town. Last, but not least, the unit comes with free on-site parking for two cars in the heated underground garages.

This 2,600 square foot residence is anchored by an extra-large “Master” 1-Bedroom Colorado Suite, along with three (3) adjoined (or via the in-unit lockout doors, separate) 1-Bedroom Colorado “Suites” (two on one side of the master unit, one on the other).
The master 1-Bedroom Colorado unit consists of a spacious living area with oversized windows facing the mountain slopes, flat screen TV, fireplace, and a range of seating options including a sectional couch with a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. There is a large, dedicated dining area with seating (and table service) for 10. The well-equipped kitchen with full sized, cooktop/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink with disposal, stocked with a good selection of pots, pans, kitchen and dining utensils, plates, glassware and towels/hot pads all grounded by a large oversized island countertop with bar seating for six. This unit features a large bedroom with a king bed and flat screen television, closet and clothes bureau and luxurious private bathroom with two sinks, a glass enclosed walk-in-shower and separate soaking tub, and private room with toilet, and sliding glass door/windows out onto the units private slope-side patio/terrace with table and chairs. To top it all off the unit also has an interior hallway off the entry that includes a second full-size guest bathroom (shower/tub) and a dedicated in-unit laundry room with full size clothes washer and dryer.
The three “Suite” units of virtually identical size and layout, each consisting of a fully separate bedroom with king-size bed, upslope mountain facing windows, flat screen television, built-in closets and bureau, a luxurious full bathroom with a shower/soaking tub, a living area with a television and a queen-size pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette consisting of a microwave oven, sink with disposal, and apartment sized cook top, refrigerator, and dish washer (stocked with a good selection of pots, pans, plates, utensils, dish towels, etc.).
All four of the individual units come generously equipped with both basic amenities (such as towels, linens, pillows, blankets, soaps, shampoos, iron and ironing board, etc.) as well as a variety of extra ordinary items such as humidifiers and other consumable items such as a selection of coffee/tea/hot chocolate, creamers and sweeteners, coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc., all complimentary and regularly restocked as part of your included daily housekeeping.
Each of the four units have individual private keyed entries to the main hallway should you choose to separate your party into one or multiple individual units, and the four units can all be connected and combined through the interior lock-out doors as desired to easily accommodate up to 16 adults while sharing space, functionality and the considerable amenities of the oversized master 1-Bedroom unit with the entirely of your party.
It is hard to overstate just how turn-key and spectacular this unit is, how beautiful the views are, how full service and amenity rich this property is, and/or how easy and convenient it is for walk-in/walk-out skiing/snowboarding at Breck. There is nothing left to chance, this is NOT a privately owned condo unit, it is a beautifully appointed, high-end, constantly updated/renovated resort hotel experience. If you need something or anything isn’t to your satisfaction, just ring down to the front desk and they will do their best to make it right. There is no stopping by a rental agency to pick up your keys after a long drive into town, or calling and coordinating with a property manager to meet you somewhere to take you to the property, all you have to do is show up, check in at the front desk, enjoy your stay, and walk out the door at the end of it all without a care in the world!
