This space was absolutely perfect for our friend group trip to Breck! All amenities were provided for, the space was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes, and the unit was a quick 8-10 minute walk from a lift. Check-in was effortless and we had not a single hang up the entire time we were there. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location with just about everything you need!
We really enjoyed our trip here, we were just a short walk from the lift at peak 9 and downtown Breck. Everything was super convenient to get to but there are also two shuttle stops right outside the property! The house was lovely, with just about everything you need to enjoy your stay!

Our stay was great! The house comfortably fit six friends. It was clean and setup well. The top sheet on the full sized bed in the basement was really small, definitely wasn't the right one. That was the only issue. The hot tub takes about 30 minutes to get up to 100 degrees, which I think is reasonable. I highly suggest taking the shuttle (the stop is a one minute walk away, you can almost see it from the house) to the mountain to Base 9. Overall, the posting was accurate, the house was well-kept, and the price is fair. This is the perfect place for a ski weekend at Breckenridge!

Overall this property worked very well for our family. Well equipped, very clean and most importantly comfortable. Easy walk into town, and close to everything we needed. Quiet Condo close to downtown Breckenridge
All upgraded kitchen utensils / pots and pans. Beds were comfy and Hot tub was really nice, clean and hot! Bathrooms had just been remodeled. Easy access to downtown. It was great to have a garage for our car, also.

Good stay. Clean house will all the amenities. Owner provided directions to arrive to lift walking, but we preferred to drive. Some rooms were cold because outside the snow was attached to the walls and the toilet containers were sweating

Nice townhouse; good location
This townhouse was a good choice for a ski weekend. The pictures accurately represented the space and it was generally in good shape and clean. The downstairs bedrooms got a bit chilly when we used the fireplace upstairs because the thermostat would not kick on as much, but that can be managed. The location was nice, just a bit outside of town but an easy walk.

Breckinridge ski trip
This property is in a great location. Easy walk to Main Street and to the Quicksilver lift. We had two children, two adults, and two older adults who had no problem walking the 10 minutes or so it took to get to Main Street. The unit itself was updated and decorated very nicely. Well equipped kitchen too. The grill and hot tub was great to have too. Highly recommended!!

Solid stay. Everything was clean and walking in with soaps, paper towel, etc, was perfect. The deck was nice, hot tub was perfect. Could have used more storage in the bedrooms. We had to live out of our suitcases. More hooks and hangars for winter gear. Floors were oddly rough. A couple of us pulled splinters out of our feet. Needed socks. Carbon monoxide detector went off and someone out came out twice to replace batteries and unit. Super friendly, very polite, very timely

We enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed our stay. There were a few broken items when we arrived that the management company should have fixed prior to our arrival. Dishwasher, shower door, cabinet door over the frig. They quickly sent someone the day after we checked in and repaired everthing except the gas fireplace. Be aware that the garage is not connected to the living space. We also ran into a problem with a electical braker that blew the fuse when running a hair dryer and the space heater at the same time. The fuse box is on the exterior of the house under the deck.

The place has a great location, 5 minute walk to Quiksilver Chair lyft. The unit was in excellent condition, bedrooms were pretty comfortable, water was always hot, and the unit has everything you might need. We enjoyed our time there. The staff is super responsive via text for any question or require we had. The Jacuzzi was always Hot, but my only feedback would be to try to get the temperature higher, we couldn’t set it up to more than 104F. Thank you for letting us stay there, can’t way to be back.

The rental was ok, not great but not bad. Pros: Unit was clean and no major complaints. Kitchen was well stocked and bedroom with bunk beds was good for the kids.Cons: Temperature was difficult to regulate. Most bedrooms are downstairs and were either freezing or hot when the thermostat was turned up. Not enough blankets were provided for all beds. Den with Murphy bed was nice for extra room but the closet was unusable since the cushions for patio furniture were inside. Hot tub was gross but someone came to do something to the water on day 2 which turned it green so we didn’t use it. The sidewalks were icy and the walk to the lift was not reasonable so we ended up driving to Breck to ski each day. No wash cloths provided.
