Proximity: This home is located on Four O'clock Run Road, adjacent to Trygve's Ski Run on Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort, and only 1.2 miles from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy true slope-side access to all the amazing winter adventure Breckenridge Ski Resort has to offer; and in the summer, the ski resort's great Peak 8 activities like hiking, mountain biking, alpine slide, zip lines, gold-pan coaster, gondola and many other activities are just a short walk out your back door.

Sleeping Arrangements: 8 Bedroom, 8 Bath –
• Primary Bedroom Suite (Main Level): A rustic Drexel King bed with deck access, armoire with flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, soaking tub, and walk-in tile shower.
• Second Bedroom Suite (Lower Level): Log king bed, armoire with flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, and walk-in tile shower
• Third Bedroom (Lower Level): Log twin-over-full bunk bed with 2 closets. This bedroom shares a full bath, featuring dual vanities and walk-in tile shower, with the Fourth bedroom.
• Fourth Bedroom (Lower Level): Log queen bed, armoire with flat-screen TV, and closet. This bedroom shares a full bath, featuring dual vanities and walk-in tile shower, with the Third bedroom.
• Fifth Bedroom Suite (Top Level- Secondary Primary): German 4-post queen bed with private living area, gas stove, armoire with flat-screen TV, wet bar, stacked laundry, loft access, deck access and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower.
• Loft (Top Level – Secondary Primary): 4 twin sleigh beds, sofa, and reading nook
• Sixth Bedroom (Top Level): King sleigh bed, armoire with flat-screen TV, closet, armchair, and ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities and tile steam shower.
• Seventh Bedroom (Top Level): King sleigh bed with vaulted ceilings, armoire with flat-screen TV, closet, armchair, and ensuite bathroom featuring single vanity and large tile steam shower.
• Eighth Bedroom (Top Level): 2 log twin-over-twin bunk beds with closet. This room has access to a full bathroom featuring vanity with snowman art and walk-in tile shower, located across the hall.
Living Room (Main Floor): Step into the rustic great room with soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed big-log beams, and gas fireplace. This space also features a plush sofa, 2 lounge chairs, flat-screen TV in an Ethan-Allen motorized console, and vintage ski decor including a vintage Vail gondola.
Kitchen (Main Floor): The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features an induction cooktop, double ovens, spacious island, pantry, and 2 breakfast bars each with seating for 4. Designed for entertainment, the kitchen opens into the dining and living areas, making it easy to stay connected while preparing meals. A second refrigerator can be found in the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen.
Dining Room (Main Floor): Gather around the large Drexel wooden dining table with seating for 10, set beneath an elegant chandelier that adds a warm mountain touch. Just beside the table, you'll find an authentic 1967 Vail gondola car with rotating table and seating for 4 children.
Ski Room (Entry from Garage): Enter through the heated 3-car garage into the ski room featuring a sofa, armoire with TV, coat racks, boot/glove warmers, and direct access to the ski mountain, outdoor deck, hot tub and grill.
Home Office (Main Level): Located just off the dining room, this dedicated workspace includes a sleeper sofa, desk and chair, and closet, ideal for remote work or quiet moments.
Home Theater (Lower Floor): Enjoy a true cinematic experience with 10 theater style reclining seats, perfect for family movie nights. A second laundry room is also located just behind the projector.
Game Room (Lower Floor): The ultimate entertainment hub featuring a log pool table, vintage Pac Man video arcade with 15 classic video games, vintage Williams video arcade with 12 classic video games, Big Buck Hunter video games, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, sofa, multiple chairs made from skis, and a full wet bar with wine fridge, sink, and high-top table with seating for 6. There is also a closet stocked with board games and direct deck access overlooking the driveway.
Additional Living Spaces: The top level over the garage features a spacious secondary-primary suite complete with its own living area, gas stove, wet bar, and private laundry, along with a cozy loft, sofa, armoire with flat-screen TV, 2 lounge chairs, and game table with seating for 4. Down the hall, above the great room, is a library stocked with books, a dedicated chess table, sofa and recliner.
Outdoor Living: The main deck just off the ski room features a private 9-person hot tub, an outdoor dining table for 6, and a large propane grill with ample countertop space. Additional deck areas throughout the home provide peaceful forested views and space to relax in the fresh mountain air.

Parking: There is parking available for 4 vehicles total including 2 in the heated garage and 2 in the driveway. Depending on the sizes of the vehicles, there may be space for a third car in the garage. Please note the driveway is steep and 4WD is required during the winter season. Snow, ice and slippery conditions are common on roads, driveways, and walkways, from October - April.

For safety and security, exterior cameras are located at the front of the home. None face private outdoor areas.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt and pepper, dish soap, and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and hotel style bottles of high-end shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Freshly pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are provided. Extra towels for the private hot tub are included, and the tub is professionally serviced before and after every stay.
This home does not allow pets, events/parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, smoking or vaping. Maximum occupancy of adults and children cannot exceed 18.
