Very clean, full kitchen and a hot tub. You can ski in, but it's a little trek to get to the closest lift - snowflake and so it isn't ski out like we thought.Close to Breck and overall great time.

We had a great time staying here during our time in Breck. The house was extremely clean and had plenty of space. The location is great and only a short walk to downtown. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Breck.

Great Breck House
Fantastic house with all the amenities needed to keep two families comfortable and happy. Short walk to the Snowflake lift and to Main St. Right off of the end of the 4 O’clock trail so any easy end to the ski day. The private hot tub on the deck was a nice perk as well. Very clean and well appointed with laundry and kitchen items provided. Plenty of space for two families. Thanks for a great stay.

It was truly a ski in and ski out as well as located steps from the bus station and easy access to downtown. 3 couple stayed and we each had our own separate sleeping space and bathrooms along with the common space and hot tub. Great Vacation
The property was very clean and well maintained. Also the property was well stocked and organized with kitchen, barware, etc. - this is not always guaranteed.
Basically, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, each on their own floor. Great set-up for us and our 2 adult children. Easy access to Main street and the Breck peaks. They also worked with us to give a couple extra hours on departure day (allowed us to enjoy lunch before leaving town). We would definitely stay there again.

Nice Property with Garage & Parking
Very nice property with walking distance to town. We have ski'd Breckenridge for the past 6 years and love it. The only thing this condo was lacking was a map and recommendations of what buses to take, the walk is too far uphill to the Quicksilver Lift. We took the Gold Bus (stop within a 2 Minute walk from the Condo) to Peak 8 each day. Also you don't need to ski down all the way, there's a cut off past the quick silver lift that you can walk downhill right to the condo.
We would stay here again, plenty of room for a family of 6.

This accommodation was perfect for our group of 5. Everyone had their own space and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The property was immaculately clean, had everything we needed. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Easy walk to town. Communication from Summit Rentals was excellent. Every email sent was answered quickly and when we thought we wouldn't be able to leave due to road closures from overnight snow, we enquired about an extended stay and Rose was so quick to respond and offer us an extension if needed. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for making our week in Breck a great one.

Great Accommodations in a Great Location
Just spent 5 nights at this property with a family of 5. Plenty of room for all 5 of us, comfortable furnishings through out, and fully appointed kitchen. Everything was in great condition, with very little sign of wear. Private hot tub on the deck was an added bonus.
I'm not sure we could have picked a better location. 5 minute walk to the center of town. Ski-in access via 4 O' Clock trail, and a bus stop within 50 paces for a free ride up to Peaks 7 and 8 (also within walking distance of Snow Flake chair and the Gondola. After walking once to Snowflake in ski boots and carrying our skis, we decided the bus was the easiest option to get on the slopes).
We highly recommend this property!!

The location of this home is wonderful, an easy walk to town. The back deck, hot tub and rolling creek are very relaxing. The unit has everything you could want and very easy to find. The furniture, however, is outdated and not very comfortable. The bathrooms, while partially updated, are still old feeling. For the price of the rental, it needs some sprucing up. Overall, it's an ok rental.

We had a nice stay, but were a little disappointed in the ski in portion of the house. Before we got snow, it was dangerous walking up(and down) the road which was very icy. The house was nice but not well stocked with basic starter things like soap and shampoo. We felt like we were in kindergarten with all the labels on everything. It was a little unnecessary. The proximity to town was great. The blinds in the upstairs master bedroom were in real bad shape and for privacy we had to put a blanket over the windows. Overall a nice place, but not sure I would rent again for winter.

This is a townhouse with garage right off the 4 o’clock run to the village. Easy bus access to peaks 7 and 8 in the spring. But check the bus schedule!The home has All The Things! The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare dinner including spices. The house is meticulously taken care of and there are instructions for everything. It’s clear the owners care about their property and provide their guests with all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay. We skied 5 days in a row and cooked in every night thanks to a Costco run on the way into town. We spent apres ski in the hot tub, and played games (provided by the house) in the evening. The rental agency is very welcoming, sending texts and asking if you have everything you need. I highly recommend this property and the property management.

Two couples who came for a ski trip. The house was as pictured. It was clean had everything we needed. We loved sitting around the fireplace and watching it snow out the huge front window. Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Walk to peak 7 bus lift was easy and took about 2-3 minutes. Not sure if Ski in would be possible if they didn’t have good snow as the ski in is down an actual road. We were able to ski easily back to the house. If not the bus would have been easy to ride home. Walk to Main Street about 5 minutes depending on how fast you walk. Bus stop if you didn’t want to walk about 2 minutes away. One thing I really liked about this rental was the communication between us and the rental company. We received informational texts along the way and then day of arrival several texts checking on us. Would definitely rent this again. We love eating at Mi Casa. Good food and great margaritas. Usually a wait there but same for most places in the evening. We also ate at Giampiepro’s and they had good food. Another night picked up a pizza there and ate in. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well-maintained and stocked rental property. Exceeded my expectations based on previous rental property experiences. Property manager always answered the phone and attended to any issues we had. Although the property is only 1/3 of a mile from the snowflake lift, it is an uphill walk, and it involves walking uphill on the ski slope so i would not recommended if skiing with young kids or anyone that is not physically fit. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown.
