If you came to Colorado looking for mountain views, look no further than Quandary Vista! This well-appointed townhome has stunning views of the 14,000-foot Quandary Peak from the living room and large deck. You may even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the moose that frequent the wetlands that stretch in front of the home. And in the fall, the hillside of aspen trees are some of the most picturesque in Summit County!
Quandary Vista is a deluxe Rocky Mountain townhome that can accommodate groups of up to eight. With 3 bedrooms, a den, and 3 bathrooms, this is the perfect place to create unforgettable family memories. Located just outside of Breckenridge in the town of Blue River, it’s a short 10-minute drive to historic Main Street Breckenridge and the parking areas for Breckenridge Ski Resort. It’s the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge while still being close enough to head into town for drinks or dinner.
The living area is cozy with a gas fireplace and big windows with views of Quandary Peak. There’s also a large flatscreen TV, making it the perfect place to relax and watch a movie with the family. The attached dining area seats 8 and there’s room for 4 more at the kitchen counter. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances and has everything you need to keep the chef of the house happy.
Just off the dining area is the large deck where you can relax and take in the incredible mountain views. There’s even a den area downstairs with a flat-screen TV and a desk just in case you need to hop on a quick Zoom meeting before hitting the slopes.
You’ll also enjoy a private hot tub, washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a 1-car garage. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Main Level: - Master suite: master with queen bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony, and private bathroom with jetted tub/shower, his & her sinks. (sleeps 2)

Very comfy home with everything you need to be warm, cook meals, and stay fairly close to Breck but in a quiet, private area. We had snowy days, and plows were frequent--garage parking a plus!

We enjoyed the property. It was an 8 minute drive to downtown. We live at sea level so the three flights of stairs and high elevation were an adjustment. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this place to firends and we would stay there again.

Family wedding
Beautiful area, waking up in the morning and seeing the mountains on either side of the property was a treat. Wish we could’ve seen more animals only saw a cross fox in front of the house that followed us from our short walk. He seemed unafraid of humans a wedding was at the Lodge a Breckenridge with breathtaking views from the deck. Would love to come back and do some outdoor activities. Thank you for a nice place to stay.

Good for a group
The property worked well for our group of three couples. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space as well as spend time together. The hot tub was great. 10 min drive to Main st in Breck was easy enough. Not on any shuttle or bus routes so you are car dependent but the distance is fine if you don’t mind the short drive.

Great location, lovely home
The house was perfect for us. You come in either through the garage or front door at the same level as the “den” (which has a fairly comfy futon), washer and dryer, and a full-sized bathroom. The next floor up is the living, dining, kitchen, and owner room and bath. Third level is a smaller room with bunk beds and a room with a queen. Rooms and bedding were all clean, mattresses were comfortable (and that’s a big deal to me!).There were a few “attention to detail” issues that shouldn’t be present with such a high cleaning fee: unwashed blankets and games left scattered in the small room off the upstairs room, dog food on the pantry floor, candy wrappers and games left open/spread around in the living room, medication left in owners bathroom, a needle pen of insulin left on the floor in owner bedroom, marijuana products on deck and den.Hot tub was maintained while we were there and staff was responsive to the need for trash pickup (although we weren’t given times or warnings when they’d show up even though it was requested). Electricity had issues that we ended up solving ourselves after a day of no electricity in the bedrooms—staff came 21 hours after it was reported. Overall: the house is clean, well-stocked with dishes and kitchen things and extra towels and sheets, in a great location, and was worth the cost and the little things that needed taking care of. We would absolutely would stay there again! The area is beautiful and there’s a very friendly fox in the area.

Overall very positive experience! The only complaint is that the driveway, which is a hill, was not plowed very well. You definitely need a four-wheel drive to get up the hill. The other garage was also not plowed so we were only able to utilize one garage.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this home. The kitchen is completely stocked, there was plenty of supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and even enough laundry detergent to do a few loads. We used the hot tub multiple times and it was always 104 degrees when we opened it. There was 5 sleds in the garage that we used in town at Carter park, and on the driveway several times. It was nice to have a garage to park in since we had lots of snow while we were there. The house is about 10 minutes away from town, which was fine for us since we had a vehicle, but I did see people with skis waiting for the bus at the main entrance to the neighborhood. In town we went shopping, skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling, and we ate at many of the restaurants. Our two favorite restaurants were Giampietros and Briar Rose! We had such an amazing time in Breckenridge and I would recommend this home if your needing something with 3/4 bedrooms (the 4th is a den area on the lower level that we did not use) for a larger family. 7 of us came up for a long weekend. The townhome was perfect! The beds and couches were comfortable! The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect. Just far enough out of town to see fox and a moose. Yet close enough it didn’t feel like a long drive into townLoved it and am ready to come back for another stay!
