The Space:
Upon entrance to this grand vacation home, you will cherish the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the family room. Guests will appreciate the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace permeating throughout the home. Cozy up with your loved ones in the luxurious sofa and lounge seating as you unwind watching your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV. The head chef in your family will love the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Prepare a delicious meal in the modern kitchen fully equipped with everything your group will need during your stay. Keep the cook company with the 5 bar stools on the center island of the kitchen. Enjoy your scrumptious dinner, while sharing adventure stories, at the large wooden dining table with plenty of seating for up to 10.

The master bedroom, on this floor, features a deluxe king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, access to a private outdoor deck through the French doors, and an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom boasts a luxurious spa tub with a modern walk-in steam shower. A small lounge room with a comfortable sofa, around the corner from the master bedroom, is the perfect place to cozy up with a good book. Gaze out into the night sky as you watch the stars twinkle from the outdoor patio; this space boasts a luxurious private hot tub designed to melt your stress away. Host an afternoon family cookout with the outdoor bbq grill, where the master griller of your group can show off their bbq skills. Equipped with multiple tables and seating options, the multi-level patio is the perfect place to relax.

As you head downstairs, play a round of pool or ante up the wager with a round of Texas Hold 'em on the poker table. Hang out by the wet bar for a nightcap while the rest of your group snuggle with each other in the second family room with a sectional leather sofa, warm indoor gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. There are multiple glass doors with access to the backyard where you can marvel at the stunning forest and mountain views from the comfort of your own home. On this floor, you will also have access to two bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed, and a shared full bathroom around the corner. A third bedroom, on this floor, features a lovely king-size bed, a twin over twin size bunk bed, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

After a long day, additional guests can make their way to the top floor, where you will see the last two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a lovely king-size bed, a twin sofa bed, and a spacious walk-in closet. The fifth bedroom has a beautiful king-size bed and a comfortable twin-size bed with a spacious walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV.

The laundry room with a washer and dryer combo, on the main level of the home, is located next to the garage. An extra set of laundry machines are available in the en suite bathroom on the lower level of the home. A second refrigerator, in the garage, is available should you need extra space. There is also a half bathroom near the family room for guests to share.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to a 2 car parking garage with 3 additional spots in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
This spectacular home is located in the Blue River North neighborhood that provides the perfect starting point for kayaking, canoeing, rafting, hiking, and multiple trails. The serene area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 10-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
The Breckenridge historic district is within a 10-minute drive from this stunning home. You will have multiple parking access downtown, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola - a gateway to endless skiing options. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. A 4WD vehicle is required during winter.

Please note that there is a ring doorbell to the front door, available for guests' use.

RVs and trailers are not allowed to be parked in the driveways.

Summit County may place a fire ban from time to time to prevent wildfires. This limits the use of the fire pit, unfortunately. Please ask us if a fire ban is in place ahead of time if you plan on using the fire pit.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Wonderful property

Absolutely stunning area and the house is perfect for large families. Beautiful home and very well built with plenty of room for 10-15 people easily. While i give this a 5 star rating, there are some things I would kindly offer up to update; the exterior has lots of overgrown weeds and vegetation that need to be taken care of. Several or the pots and pans were very worn or handles were coming off. Garbage disposal should be repaired so that guests can properly use it. Again, these were small items and did not impair our ability to enjoy the property to its utmost and serene beauty. The property manager was a joy to work with as well. Do not overlook this for your next stay in Breckenridge!

Great location and property management was exceptional

Our family enjoyed the house, which provided plenty of space to spread out, eat around the table, and enjoy the views.The property management provided superior communication, offered resources during our stay for food and experiences, and assisted us above and beyond what is typical of property management.The location was easy to access and the neighborhood was quiet. The drive into Breckenridge is easy and just far enough from the the city.

Beautiful home

The home was absolutely stunning! The location was perfect—just 10 minutes from Breckenridge yet secluded enough to enjoy the stars and feel completely at ease without worrying about neighbors. There are amazing trails nearby, and we were lucky enough to spot a moose and two foxes! It's a wonderful place for a family getaway

Perfect Stay!

We had the best time staying at the cabin! It was beautiful and although the pictures are beautiful, they did not do this property justice. Check in and check out instructions were easy and the team worked well to communicate with us about any updates. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Nice property

This property is in a great location - has a lot of room for larger numbers of people. Beautiful view and great hot tub. Had some issues while we were there - 8 out of 10 windows upstairs had no screens so we could not cool it down at night, the decks were dirty and needed sweeping/cleaning, and there were several empty propane tanks. The management company was very timely with their responses to my texts. Would recommend this house.
