If you’re looking for the true “Colorado mountain lodge” experience for you and your group, you’ve found it! Falcon Mews Lodge has it all: massive log construction, majestic views of the mountains and ski slopes, a great deck with a large hot tub, a gas firepit and outdoor dining table, luxurious finishes throughout the home, and so much more. The only things missing are you and your family and friends!

This 3-bedroom plus loft, 3.5-bathroom luxury home is a fantastic retreat for families or groups of up to 8. Just look at the living area: massive mountain-facing window, a standalone bar with cocktail tables, and high-end seating for relaxing by the stone gas fireplace. Downstairs, there’s another den/family room area with a large flat-screen TV and a shuffleboard table; it’s a great place for the kids to hang out!

And the kitchen? High-end granite and appliances of course, including a gas range. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four at the counter. Outside, the spacious deck is a real standout of this home. Imagine sitting outside listening the birds calling while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Or slip into that hot tub after a day’s adventures in the mountains. You can even enjoy your meals and snacks at the deck table that seats 10!

Other amenities of this impressive home include a gas grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for five vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The house was absolutely beautiful but we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the home, especially the kitchen
. Drawers, and dishes. The dishwasher works but the bottom rack wheels are broken. My husband reattached them but every time you would pull the rack out, they would pop off again. More annoying than anything else. The hot tub kept tripping so we just had to keep resetting, not the biggest deal, but annoying that we had to keep getting out to reset. The outdoor fire pit would not light, which would have been nice to use in the evenings. The upstairs bedroom, wall heating unit, worked but couldn’t have on because it rattled so badly
 loud.

Beautiful location and great property. Our family enjoyed the stay and made the best of the issues we had. We experienced an issue with the hot tub. The water began to turn green and was quite low. I reached out to the property management and they send a guy out the next morning. He attached a hose and filled the tub up with water for five minutes and then left. I didn’t see anything done to prevent the water from getting worse. I was assured that the water was treated and we could continue using the hot tub that evening. Unfortunately, when we were getting g ready that night to take a dip, the water looked like a swamp. I called again to report, this attempt was not as efficient as the first call. After a couple hours, I was told that the hot tub company that the property management uses would be coming out asap. Long story short, the tub was never fixed and we went without it for half of our stay. We did have a hot tub as one of our requests when looking for places to stay in Breckenridge. This property fit the bill. So, when one of the primary amenities does not work and fails to get repaired, it puts a bit of a damper on the stay.The other two issues were the firepit and the flooring in the kitchen. The firepit was not functional, the glass that surrounds it was separated and a mess. The flooring is a structural issue. A beam or something is forcing the fooor to buckle up approximately 3-4 inches. a tripping hazard for a high traffic area. Would not stay here again

Beautiful home! It had everything we needed and more! Very comfortable clean and spacious! Breathtaking views, quiet, yet close enough to town! The pictures don’t do it justice it was so much more beautiful than we expected!

The outdoor area on the deck was great, plenty of room to sit and enjoy the gas fire pit and view. There was plenty of the necessities (dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, Kleenex) which was a very pleasant surprise for us. We usually have to go buy some of those items to get us through the week at other places we rented. We didn’t use the hot tub but we peeked inside and it was crystal clear. We have rented many houses over the years for vacations and we have to say the bathrooms (shower, tub, toilets, sinks and floor) were super clean compared to other houses we rented; which is very important to all of us. We had two issues and the property management responded immediately. One was finding dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers. We put everything we would be using for the next week in the dishwasher and found the issue. The dishwasher would not turn on, no power. I texted the property manager and he told us to flip the breaker back on. That fixed it. Every time we went to use the dishwasher the breaker was tripped. Before you leave at the end of your visit you are supposed to turn the dishwasher on. We are ‘assuming’ that the people before us turned on the dishwasher and left. The breaker tripped and the dishwasher did not run and housekeeping didn’t look at the dishes and put the dirty ones away. The property manager said he would address that with housekeeping along with one other issue that housekeeping missed, it was handled immediately.

We stayed at this home for a family reunion with people from ages 8months to 91 years old. Beautiful property that was much nicer than the pictures! I gave it 4 stars as the check in and check out process is very narrow. Checking out at 10 am with a large group is very challenging. Also the beds were quite uncomfortable and need to be replaced.

Our group of six adults had an absolutely amazing getaway and could have easily and comfortably had our six kids with us as well as this house is the perfect setup for multiple couples and families to enjoy. The views, especially from the patio
which we spent a lot of time enjoying, are amazing and the kitchen is very well stocked and ready for any home cooked meal. Beds and furniture overall were very comfortable and clean. Just a really great house all around!

The house was gorgeous and very spacious for our three families! We very much enjoyed using the hot tub and family room. The kids loved the bunk room downstairs. The house is centrally located so we could venture out for the morning and come back to the house for lunch. Summit Mountain Rentals were super responsive to anything we needed...first, a light bulb that was out in the bathroom and then an issue with hot water. Everyone we interacted with was amicable and helpful. I highly recommend Falcon Mews!

Very comfortable stay for inside the house... the hot tub was a little dirty but there was a family right before us, and the propane for the fire outside was out. BUT I would definitely stay in this house again and again! Make sure your have 4X4 to get to the house though, its a must! Summit Mountain Rentals was an amazing hosting group!

Lovely home and close (5 min drive...4WD necessary) to Main Street shopping and slopes. It worked well for our 3 families. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, the beds were comfortable, the common/living area was great to spread out in and chat (or watch the football playoffs) and we loved the hot tub and views from the deck. Thank you for our stay.

This property worked great for our group of three families with young (3 months to 5 years) kids! The home itself was well-appointed with striking finishes, and was a great getaway just a short ride from town. Would stay here again for sure!
