Welcome to my 137 sq ft tiny home suite at River Mountain Lodge! The suite is perfect for 2-4 guests. It features Purple mattresses on a twin-over-full bunk bed, a mini kitchenette, workspace, and TV. Enjoy resort amenities like four hot tubs, free parking, a restaurant, bar, and children’s museum. Just one block from Main St and the Breckenridge South Gondola, it’s the perfect cozy and affordable mountain getaway.

Welcome to your cozy getaway at River Mountain Lodge, where our tiny home suite offers mighty savings for your Breckenridge adventure. Perfect for two or three guests or a small family of 4, this 137 sq ft suite features all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a twin over full bunk bed, mini kitchenette, workspace, and a 43” Roku TV. The bathroom includes a full shower, and the stylish, high-end designs add a touch of luxury to this compact space.
The resort provides everything you need to unwind after a day on the slopes or exploring the town. Relax in one of the four hot tubs, grab a bite at the onsite restaurant and bar, or take the kids to the onsite children’s museum. With free parking and proximity to Breckenridge’s Main Street, you’ll have easy access to shops, dining, and the Breckenridge South Gondola lift, just a block away.

Guest access
As our guest at River Mountain Lodge, you will have full access to all the resort’s amenities. Relax in one of the three hot tubs after a day of exploring or skiing, and take advantage of the onsite restaurant and bar for convenient dining options. Families will love the children’s museum located right within the resort. Enjoy free parking during your stay, and for added convenience, you’re just a block away from Main Street and the Breckenridge South Gondola lift, making it easy to experience all that Breckenridge has to offer.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.
Other things to note
As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Guests are also invited to enhance their stay with a curated selection of premium in-home services; including chef-prepared meals, wellness experiences, and private transportation; coordinated exclusively through our hospitality team. Additional information about available services will be shared after your reservation is confirmed.
