After a day of exploring Breckenridge and Summit County, come home to your large pond-front patio, fire up the BBQ grill, gather around the gas fire pit, and relax beside the water. Cast a fishing line into the pond or simply sit back with your favorite drink and enjoy the quiet mountain setting.

Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting space filled with abundant natural light from numerous windows. The quaint bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, creating the perfect place to recharge after a day in the mountains. Our full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a dedicated coffee bar and a variety of small appliances to make your stay easy and comfortable.Whether you're starting the morning with coffee overlooking the pond or winding down after a day on the slopes, Hobbit’s Hideaway is designed for relaxation.

One of the highlights of Hobbit’s Hideaway is its outdoor living space. The large pond-front patio offers a wonderful place to relax, complete with a BBQ grill and gas fire pit, perfect for enjoying cool Colorado evenings under the mountain sky. We're tucked toward the back of the resort, offering a peaceful and calm setting while still keeping you close to all the resort amenities.

TIGER RUN RESORT — “SUMMER CAMP FOR ADULTS”

We like to call Tiger Run “summer camp for adults” because there's always something to do. Guests can enjoy the resort's impressive 12,000-square-foot clubhouse, featuring a heated indoor swimming pool, two indoor hot tubs, fitness center, business center, updated locker rooms, and commercial laundry facilities. Kids and kids at heart, will love the large game room, complete with updated video games and modern pinball machines. Step outside and even more recreation awaits. Enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, basketball, sand volleyball, pickle-ball, and tennis, with the newly resurfaced pickle-ball and tennis courts just a short walk from our front door.

GATED & FAMILY-FRIENDLY RESORT

Tiger Run is a private gated resort with a strictly enforced 9.5 MPH speed limit throughout the property The slow-speed environment makes the resort especially enjoyable for families whose children want to ride their bikes or scooters around the resort. Parents can appreciate the controlled, low-speed setting while the kids enjoy exploring the beautiful resort grounds. It's one more reason families love spending time at Tiger Run.

Hobbit’s Hideaway makes a fantastic basecamp for exploring everything Summit County has to offer. Tiger Run is located along the free shuttle route, providing convenient access to the surrounding area and putting world-class mountain resorts within easy reach, including Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain. Want to explore farther? Vail and Beaver Creek are approximately a 45-minute drive, depending on weather and traffic conditions. Prefer a quieter winter adventure? The Breckenridge Nordic Center is approximately 2 miles away, offering opportunities for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
